Not fair for the children. Corrected for you. Its also not up to a judge to decide what's in other peoples childs best interest, but legally they do it anyway.

Mothers force men to fight for custody instead of agreeing to 50/50, courts don't default to 50/50.

No, I do not support parents who are clearly wrong, I am sticking up for the ones falsely accused, myself included. As you have already said, I believe the myth of deadbeat dads is a problem with the dindunuffin demographic speaking for all. All I am saying is surely we do not believe that most fathers are abusive and that there is a clear incentive for mothers to kick the father out for selfish or financial reasons, not abuse. In the cases of abuse he or she should be removed and punished but t…

Interesting, I will say I hadn't seen the rest of that so fair enough, I can admit that's not a good example. It is true however that many unfortunate parents do lose their children via temporary restraining orders that are made up. It is also true that it's a myth that deadbeat dads are the problem and not deadbeat parents. Isolated cases only say so much but even family court lawyers will advise their client to file fake claims of abuse to gain temporary custody so the status quo is set for fu…

Just because you are unaware of this common scheme doesn't mean it isnt a large problem with many suffering. A quick search online will bring up many cases from lawyers and personal experience to news outlets reporting the events that led to a man burning himself in front of a courthouse. If you want to ignore the evidence and keep believing what you want to then fine, that's your choice. It is a myth that there is "deadbeat dads" and not "deadbeat parents."

Prove it if you think its the truth. You cannot just claim dads leave their kids and moms have no incentives to kick the father out via temporary restraining orders that have no burden of proof and expect everyone to believe you. Its an unfortunate stereotype that hurts the many more fathers who do stay around. Im sure you understand the problems stereotypes can do so hopefully you will refrain.

When you claim one parent being a deadbeat is more common, or a problem, I correct that wrong opinion. It doesn't matter how old a comment is to clarify, no need to imagine too hard.

You mean deadbeat moms. Don't be sexist or everyone will.

Source for saying lots of dads abandon their kids? Seems its more often moms that force dads out with false accusations and restraining orders. Too often you people get away with these little lies.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
