| 1 | What actually helped you overcome Approach Anxiety?I have been doing the same you did, just cold approaching and see if I like them instead of getting them to like me. If things went well I would ask for their number or snapchat, if things didn’t go well I’d just shrug it off and keep my mind set on my next interaction.
