Agree. No fault is a good thing that can help men get out of a bad marriage without having to prove anything. Just because you are the one filing doesn’t mean you don’t love your child

Moving out can be very healthy for you mentally. It’s going to happen eventually so why delay it

It would be your house but you would have to split any gain in value with her even if she is not on the title

Get a lawyer

The feelings are normal but why are you second guessing yourself? Don’t play the “what if” game in your head

I agree with no booze and having your own place. Some people might find comfort in a roommate because it can be an adjustment living on our own after a relationship. But having your own sanctuary has been great and peaceful for me. No possibility of conflict when it’s your own domain.

I would recommend. It’s great to have the piece of mind

If you file for divorce she legally can not take the child out of state without your permission

Probably, sounds like your computer is pretty old but if you can still run your DAW on it then just use what you have

Good point. Your lawyer should be able to run your background and see if there is a warrant. Might want to wait a month or so, it takes a while to get filed. I would disagree with your lawyer on the police coming to get you, that’s not necessarily true. That’s what I thought too. I figured she lied about calling the police or I would have been sought out. I had a warrant for months and the police never came to my house or called me. Next thing I know I’m sitting in jail. Just cover your bases

Call the police to see if something was filed. My accuser called the police and they issued a warrant for my arrest without ever contacting me to get my side of it.

Mpk mini is a great start. Make music! Uprgrade your gear if you get in to it. I spend a lot of time recording and mixing.

Because that is a staggering number. Most people probably think it’s in the single digits. Plus there are hardly any resources for men of DV. I would also be curious on the conviction rates between the two. Point is that women rarely pay a penalty for committing violence

Sounds like she is playing games. My stbxw is pulling the same shit. I’m an awful person one minute then the next she says she wants to work it out. My advice would be to cut contact. Asking her on dates just gives her satisfaction that she is in the driver seat

Interesting you had a good sex life with your ex up until the end. Usually doesn’t happen that way. What dating apps do you find to be the best nowadays?

No it’s good advice. I called the cops because my wife was assaulting me and I went to jail. My lawyer even told me when the cops are called someone is going to jail and 99% of the time it’s the man. You got lucky. Leave her ass now and file for divorce. That’s the best way to keep seeing your kids. She is only going to get crazier and if you end up in jail it will be harder to prove your case

In ten years when most of them are paying alimony and child support they will be envying you

I disagree. Tell your close friends only. If they don’t believe you they are not your friend. You are not going to convince anyone on her side and you’ll end up looking like the crazy one. Rise above it. With these types of women cutting communication unless absolutely necessary hurts them more than slandering them. If you lose your temper it’s just validation to them and gives them a false sense of power over the situation

If only there were more like you. Being anti feminist doesn’t mean you are anti woman.

Trust me I get it. Been through it myself. It’s about the principal of it. But in the long run you need to think about what is best for you. Continuing to battle her just delays you being able to move on and gives her satisfaction that she is getting under your skin

$2500 is not worth your mental stress or time. Cut her off and move on. I know that seems like a lot of money if you are young but just look at it positively. At least you didn’t wind up married

TikTok is probably the worst of all social media. Half the women are bitching about equality and the other half are shaking their asses to get their view count up

Do you believe in toxic femininity?

We have to stand up and be vocal because most people don’t take men’s rights seriously. Since we supposedly have it so good and are privileged nobody wants to hear about the real problems men face
/r/MensRights03/04/21 11:28 PM

This is scary. I feel for young men growing up with these types of women as their peers

Wow. Feminist dumbass. And technically a bitch can only be female
/r/AntiFeminists31/03/21 09:41 PM

Agree. How about assault is wrong, rape is wrong. If we keep hammering home the message that some issues don’t need gender bias how can either side disagree. Maybe that’s asking too much from feminist? Lol

Where are you coming up with your bullshit 90% statistic? Let’s also talk about the bigger problem that there are no repercussions for women that falsely accuse

Good job staying clean. That won’t help
/r/MensRights07/03/21 03:30 PM
1

Agree. I’m living it. I’m wondering if that’s why a lot of false accusations occur? The woman is the one doing the assault but accuses the man to protect themselves against charges
/r/MensRights11/02/21 07:36 PM

She is ready to come out against Weinstein but not Manson? I don’t buy it. My point is that she recently just said she enjoyed her relationship with Manson but then backs Evan Rachel Wood. She just says whatever gets her in the headlines. Now that is childish

Probably would have sold more M&M’s if a woman said “sorry I was on my period”

Wow. This was so tastefully done. She makes so many valid points. Thanks for posting

Couldn’t agree more. Fuck her. So tacky making her accusations on social media. Let’s ruin someone’s career because I regret things I did over a decade ago. Innocent until proven guilty means nothing in this country anymore.
/r/MensRights06/02/21 07:46 PM

I don’t feel strongly on getting circumcised or not....as a baby that is. If you are old enough to be on Reddit why would you want to do it now????
/r/MensRights06/02/21 07:40 PM

Innocent until proven guilty. Period. But that concept is dead and gone in our social media world. Maybe MM is an abuser, maybe Evan Rachel Wood is a lying , maybe we’ll never know. But I’m sick of people drawing conclusions just to fit the popular narrative. If facts come out that’s ok but at the moment this is strictly hearsay. Why can’t anyone just be neutral about anything anymore?
/r/MensRights06/02/21 07:36 PM
1

When will this end? Evan Rachel Wood gets praise for posting accusations on Instagram. Give me a fucking break. “Innocent until proven guilty” is dead in this country.
/r/AntiFeminists06/02/21 07:28 PM

You are very lucky. The police can issue a warrant based on just a statement and no evidence. Happened to me
/r/MensRights03/02/21 01:57 PM
3

Sad that she posts some bullshit on Instagram and the world is supposed to believe her? This kind of shit is getting out of control. Someone’s career should not be ended over a he said she said situation. I’ll support MM on this one unless some actual evidence comes to light
/r/MensRights03/02/21 04:51 AM

I’m going through a similar situation. My wife claimed false abuse. I went to jail, now have a restraining order, and paying a lawyer thousands based on he said she said. Our court systems are fucked.

Great advice. This can be a hard time of year for friends going through hard times

Or you could grow a pair and realize that a simple argument is not violence. I am threatened by the way you are speaking to me. I guess that means you should spend a day in jail, lose your rights, and have a permanent criminal record.
/r/MensRights14/12/20 03:14 PM
2

Ummm no. Slamming or breaking something is not domestic abuse and does not warrant lifelong repercussions and loss of your rights. I guess next time a women gets in an argument and slams the car door shut we should accuse them of violence which will cause loss of living at your residence, loss of privilege to see your own children, loss of gun ownership, and effect job prospects and renting an apartment due to background checks.
/r/MensRights14/12/20 03:01 PM
7

Wow. This is fucking scary. Basically just means women can (and will) consider anything they want domestic violence. As if it’s not bad enough they can lie about it and the courts don’t question it.

Truth! Which stand up special is that?
/r/MensRights20/11/20 11:09 PM

This guy is an asshole. Correct, harassment and bullying are not ok. So women should not have the right to harass men with false accusations while having no recourse. We shouldn’t have to hide masculinity for fear of jail time because in today’s society women are never wrong, they are always victims.
/r/MGTOW220/11/20 11:02 PM

Sad but true
/r/MensRights17/11/20 06:49 PM

Correct. Violence against women act rewards women and encourages false accusations. Where is the Violence against Men Act?
/r/MensRights09/11/20 12:04 AM

If she threatened going to the police I would definitely follow up. Your BF could have a warrant and not even know it
/r/MensRights08/11/20 11:51 PM
10

Exactly. All the women are on there saying “you go girl” and telling her to press charges on the poor guy. Let me guess, she thought there was a connection and when he didn’t call her back she is now going to cry rape. Women always twisting stories to make themselves a victim
/r/MensRights08/11/20 12:05 AM

You pretty much summed it up. We need our community to resist the TwoX mentality.
/r/MensRights07/11/20 08:49 PM
1

Not my experience . The law already favors women and they give them even more consideration if they are well educated. My wife makes more than me. She has the upper hand in everything when it comes to our court cases. They are also more likely to bail on a marriage because they feel they married down.
/r/MensRights29/10/20 10:01 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
