We just bought a 12 year old civic that's done 75k miles for £3200. This car will last me 10 years if I look after it. Women are discriminated against because they give birth. Why would you hire a woman over a man when a woman could suddenly be on maternity, cost your business a fortune, and then has the right to leave afterwards. This is a huge disadvantage for women everywhere, and by far the biggest reason for any pay gap
