Of course it the taking of a life when you get an abortion. But that is IRRELEVANT! It's irrelevant because the Mother has NO Obligation towards the child as (s)he is trespassing onto her body. As so you can remove him/her without legal retribution. Whether it dies or not from your Rightful claim of your body is irrelevant.
