Legally? I would say no. Morally? Yep, you would find it very hard for people to accept your buisness. Your family and friends would cut of your relations and you would be left alone.

I think you are all loosing sight of who's body it's. Of course it the taking of a life when you get an abortion. But that is IRRELEVANT! It's irrelevant because the Mother has NO Obligation towards the child as (s)he is trespassing onto her body. As so you can remove him/her without legal retribution.
