1	How to become more dominant? Dominant is not being controlling either imo. A leader is followed. A leader doesnt force his believes onto others nor does he try to control them. For me atleast dominance is about assertiveness. Do what you want when you want it and dont look for approval of others. However, always try to consider other's feelings but dont be too passive.
