The story from some of the men I coach in Business have said that they are doing great because they have a renewed sense of purpose and a new goal. When they were in their marriage, life just happened, but with the shock of the divorce they needed to get themselves back together so they setup goals for themselves and put all their efforts into achieving the goals. How are you doing now?

It's frustrating and heartbreaking however you are no longer an item together so your thoughts should only be on yourself and your future. I know you get curious and look at what she's up to and how things are going, but I guess you're upset that it didn't take long for things to happen. Get ready to rebuild your life and learn from your mistakes and find someone who will be your ride or die partner for life!

Unfortunately it sounds like some sort of payback and its heart wrenching to give up the dog. The best revenge is to live a better life for yourself and have no association with this type of person again

Get put and make sure you have pin hole cameras recording everything you are near her. Have video evidence in case things escalate.

Yes it's tough when you don't have the family support, but it can be exciting too to go out there and meet new people. Maybe help other men go through the same situation and strive together for something better. You need to get support not in feeling misery, but battle buddies where you go out there to face and challenge the world.

Men Going Their Own Way movement - that they prefer to be alone or working on their own things than go out and trying to get into relationships.

Although the divorce hasn't finalised yet, the intent was already there so the fact is, she is your ex-wife and you are not a widower. You are grieving for a friend. As humans and as we are getting older we soon realise how precious our life is. How precious every moment is. We must be grateful that we are alive and make sure every moment counts. Yes grieve for the lost of a life, a friend, a memory. But don't change the fact that a divorce happened. All wounds will heal if you let it. It's only…

Sorry you had to experience that. Highly recommend you spend some time with family and friends to get away from thinking about it or join a men's support group in real life to have some to chat and cry on if that helps. Like others have mentioned, yes you deserve an explanation but you're not going get one. A thing I noticed with women is once they make a decision and to protect their own position, self image or whatever you call it, they will make stories in their head that you are a monster an…

That's why you agreed to marry. For sickness and health, till death do us part. As a man these are your vows and you honour it. OP went for a divorce not the other way. If you as a man want whats best for the child then you will op for a SAHM. OP made the decision as much as the ex did.

You feel like you're getting screwed because you're looking at it from your own perspective. If you reverse the situation and look at it from a different perspective, 27F married for 30 years to look after 2 children. Can't get a job because no consistent experience for the last 20 years, and have to rebuild life at the age of 57. Who would hire a woman of 57 with no recent work experience? Who will still need to take care of the adult children? Where as you my man is the top 5% making over $200…

Yes it's terrible that once a relationship falls apart that you were once a loving couple for some reason turn into hated enemies. There is nothing you can do to force change on another person. The only thing you can do is to work on yourself, and you can do is to show publicly how much you love your daughter and hold her in your heart. Unfortunately some mothers will tell their children stories about their dad that isn't true. They may make their dad out to be an arsehole or low life. We can't …

I understand the pain you are going through my man. It is hard and it is tough. In plain there is nothing we can do to control another person, we can't control how they feel or whether or not they will like us. However the one thing we have 100% control over, is ourself. That is a very empowering thing to do! So firstly seek professional medical help, BUT do not let her know about it. You don't want her taking your vulnerabilities and controlling you with it. The second thing you should do is wo…

Your subconscious mind usually reflects the fears you have inside and if you bottle it up then the only way it can let your conscious mind know is to tell you through imagery i.e Dreams. You subconscious mind can't just knock you on the head and tell you things, and so the only way is to communicate to you abstractedly. The subconscious mind, can't also process information, it is only a storehouse of all information that you have seen, and it is up to your conscious mind to decipher the message.…

If you really think about it the person you in love with is the 'her' that people create in their mind. When we are by ourselves we make up the stories in our mind about the memories we have and reinforce that memory with emotions of how good it was. We fall out of love because the stories we tell ourselves no longer match the things we see especially if the other party have found a new person to gush over. Those memories are real and they will never disappear. However the more you place less em…

It's all about finding out your passion and your purpose again and going after that with a one track mind and focus. Age really doesn't matter, you have more experience and knowledge than when you first started out in your 20s, so you can reach your goals very quickly. Time is relative to the amount of work you put in. If you set yourself up with the right goal, you can actually be in a much better position than when you first started too. So the question you may want to consider for yourself is…
