I guess it's subconscious. A need to impress them - which paradoxically I can only do by being myself. But when I think what 'I' am, I start overthinking and playing games.

Shit this is great advice , thanks. You're completely right that I should've handled this talk better. I'll ghost her for some time. Keep on living, get my frame back. Not focussing on her. Making _myself_ the priority. Just two questions: -What do you advice on reading? RP stuff or general books? - What IOI's did she give you when you started working on yourself again?
