Costco, the chicken drumsticks are $1 per pound and a 20 pound bag of rice is not that expensive either, that the staples of protein and carbs and everything else is pretty easy to fill in.

If we are talking about Western society the type of men who approach women as you describe are rare but they simply approach so many women that it seems common, at least in my personal experience both at bars or other locales when I guy shoots his shot and gets turned down he typically leaves pretty fast but maybe this varies by area. Also unless women want to start approaching the fact of the matter in 2023 the onus is still on the men to do so and with that comes negatives as well as upsides, …

If a man is making bad financial decisions since he wants to have a higher chance of getting laid that is on the man, My brother currently works a career job and lives with his mom and me and has never had trouble dating, even an upper-class woman he dated lived with her mom in a very nice house.

To preface this is more of a working idea of my mind that I plan on adding to as I talk with more people but my thoughts are that due to the increase in rent, inability to get a stable well paying career, more debt the average man has less of an ability to provide a stable and a suitable environment for a family (house, money in savings, money to date, vacations and so on). You can look at this graph but generally speaking, people have families and kids when the economy is doing well and they ar…

If marriage is up to the state do you think that states have the right to ban heterosexual marriage?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/09/23 04:58 PM

I would disagree the right to marriage is considered a fundamental interest and as by case law is protected by the federal government and that is the right to marriage for all.

I should probably back off on the timespan and marriage, that being said I don't see much reason to date someone I would not see myself with years down the line.

No, it can vary from person to person but I'd say anything greater than 3 months I would consider a long-term relationship. Nowadays 3 weeks most people would just consider talking.

Solution is a weird way of phasing it but I get advice from older married men and women all the time. Why would you not ask those who have had successful relationships what they did to make them successful?

Yes but I'll add not outside of long-term relationships, I don't do hookups and would not want to be with someone who did. Nothing against those who do just a difference in values.

Yeah, I definitely need to do better on expressing interest in multiple women at once especially if there is no real substance such as multiple dates and such.

Understood, if I say "I'd like to hopefully be married within the next couple years" is that better?

I mean this honestly but if someone cannot judge a person's character and figure out if their goals align with say 6 months I think that is a lack of effort on the couple's part. This is what I mean by upfront. Like I know my goals and where I am going and hopefully, I can find someone who is compatible. Honestly if I was married and she wanted to stay long distance as we get our careers started I would not be opposed, but I don't think many people can handle long distance relationships.

I mean like I don't mind talking to older women but from my experience, if they find out that I am younger they instantly lose interest.

I don't ghost, if they stop sending texts and such I don't bother rengaging, also This is not something I just do with women if I have male friends who are bad at responding I stop talking to and inviting them out as well.

I'm 22 and most of the women I talk to are 21-23

I'll most likely be outside the U.S for career reasons at that time and while I have no qualms against foreign women I would prefer to date and marry someone with a similar background so middle/upper middle class.

So I've had multiple friends in real life both my age and older say that women are intimidated by me knowing what I want. I can't tell if they are legit or just being nice but this comment has been made multiple times by different people on separate occasions. To add context to this I'm a master's student and have my career/fitness and most of my long-term goals already planned out for pretty much my entire life and I'm pretty upfront with what I want to do and one of the things is I would like …

I think the classroom, and gym are alright places to approach women and like another user said Indications of interest are important, such as if she makes eye contact and smiles. In my opinion bars and such are no longer a great place since generally speaking people go out with their friends now and already have a group.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
