21	RAWR I applied for a job in the NHS years ago and came up against an equally qualified candidate, who was female. She got the job as she earned one extra point for being female. Turns out that being anything other than white male gets you bonus points... As it happens, I applied for the next position, was successful and started before she did, and then had to train her.
