People are right, it has always been around, as a reactionary mouvement it comes and goes in relation to the social context /condition in society. The thing is with these "passport bros" is that when they go to these so called " poor" country they appear as king to these women and often make promises such as " you wouldn't have to work" and such since they have a lot of money due to the power of their dollars. But they are usually middle class so when they get home their money is just middle class money and therefore can't give these women the life they made them dream about. Thats one reason.
