1) I’ve been needing a third knee surgery, as my knees don’t bend all the way. Squatting at all defied my doctors expectations, so yes, that is a win. 2) I am fat and weak 3) sure I gained 20 pounds over the last 10 years… but am not claiming to have gained and wear it well. My claim is that since I’m actually lifting and on T my body looks better at this weight currently….If you’re gonna give criticism at the very least read the post with a dash of critical thinking.

I want to add, I spray the champagne everywhere because I’m actually feeling confident on this path and celebrate every win.

Fair enough, let me know if this clears it up, if you care a little. I didn’t grow up a complete beta, but I am emotional. Like the guy who played football and would fight other dudes but still too insecure to go for girls. Later in life, I imploded a relationship over my weakness and found coach corey Wayne. After learning from him for a few years I got in another relationship after spinning some plates, found this group and have been reading the sidebar, applying it intensely and doing OYS to …

She’s lucky because I’m learning my value and getting IOI’s consistently, so yeah the sex should stay good. I’m not hiding behind a single thing, and I’m not “trying to keep her happy” I took a deep hard look at myself and the only person who really nailed it and helped hit this week was Alpha Wolflord. I use my intelligence to “game” life and that has got me a seat at tables I didn’t work to get to, and an early retirement. I’ve never reached my true potential, so my next OYS will be about taki…

I’ll look deeper into that. Thanks for bringing it to light

Hmmm that’s an interesting perspective. I still don’t completely understand what you mean though. Where did you deduce I want an easy ride? I thought I made it pretty clear in the beginning of the relationship paragraph that I consistently choose the hard path.

I’m gonna dig deep and see if I wrote that from a position of a covert contract, or just a side thought from reading about hypergamy. If you use your partners attraction as a motivator, does that place you in their frame? And if so, what is the negative to that? I don’t believe my outcomes are dependent on her attraction, because I do them for me, but there still could be mental models there that I am not addressing yet.

Appreciate the well thought out explanation

So if hypergamy is a woman’s natural inclination to “date up” is it retarded to think that if my perceived value increases year over year, in her eyes, that I would satiate her hypergamous tendency? And if it is indeed retarded i need some light shed so I can eventually get on the big long school bus!

Take this post, copy it, and repost it in a few hours to the new OYS that’s about to come, then delete from this thread. I suggest you be one of the first people if possible to post and start reading the ever living fuck out of the sidebar. They’ll make a man out of you here private.

Masculine energy requires a mission. Whether it be small or large. A man without purpose is lacking masculine energy. Try to identify the micro. Why are you even working out? Is it to get strong? Be healthy? What’s your why? Having a mission is just purpose on the macro level. Every day you’re getting closer to death. With that in mind, what do you want out of life? My favorite thing to do when I feel lost is to sit down, close my eyes, and refuse to open them until I have even the slightest bit…

You’re right, my diet should deff be a priority, not just for general health, but also raising my levels. The thing is, my brothers have similar levels and, until we started looking into it, none of us had issues with morning erections, building muscle etc. We think it’s genetic. I’m not sure if I’ll stay on long term or not. Main reason is my grandfather passed from prostate cancer, so I’m trying to really be careful, and take full advantage of the benefits right now in the case that I need to …

OYS #5 I got a one month ban for being a faggot and now I’m back ready for the fucking work! But first I want to preface with what I learned from the ban. 1 OYS is about YOU, and if you even slightly deviate from that you’re missing the point. This is a place for me to be honest and reflect. Not be lazy, lie and just do it just to do it. 2 if I feel the need to explain context, stfu. Golden opportunity to practice STFU. 3 no one gives a fuck. Instead of interpreting this from a point of weakness…

The fine line is if you’re using humor as a shield for rejections Fuck. Fuck. FUCK. The BP bullshit is basically an onion. I’ve noticed in therapy that when I start peeling the layers of a certain behavior there is a belief in there, and that belief was usually formed as a kid. The more I read your response, the angrier I got because I never looked at the covert contract I had with humor. “If I am funny, people will love me”. My father has the same one. It’s not only a flimsy rejection shield, b…

You’re right. I appreciate the confirmation as well! It’s not not the goal, but I’m starting to see it more as a bi-product of the real goal which is to fully develop these new mental models that will push me to the top of my career field, maintain a stoic frame, and have a strong vision for where I want to take my family. That explanation is my definition of a better man, but I see what you’re getting at, especially with the comment about the future. I already have everything I need, but realiz…

I appreciate the insight. Just to be clear, exiting when my frame is busted i correct, but then I’m undermining it by communicating overtly like a retard? At this point I’m just gonna trade in my car for a short bus until I get it right.
