73	Are men being discriminated against in the science workplace? Yes. I’ve been in academia (STEM) for the past decade, and women candidates are put first by a large margin unfortunately. There is a large push to have a 50-50 divide in every field, even though men still make up the bulk of the candidates in hard sciences. Men have to compete much more against other men to get in, while for women it is definitely easier since the pool is way smaller. 3	I think it's better for men to be right-wing if we want to have rights. The left sees men as a bogeyman of sorts, as the source of all evil. The right sees men as tools, as means to an end. I'd be cautious to let a false sense of purpose skew your perspective. Men are alone, as we always were. The AI that is publicly available can’t recognize and correct for its own biases derived from the data it’s trained on because it doesn’t know the data it isn’t trained on. 35	My bro is now on the hook for lifelong child support because his 'gf' decided to keep the baby - after they agreed they didn't want kids! Every time I read or hear one of these stories (so many and all the exact same) I remember to be grateful for being a homosexual. 1	How do feel AI will deal with Misandry and Toxic Feminism in a way men cannot? What most people current call AI is not artificial intelligence, but only LLMs trained on a chosen set of data. LLMs responses can be and extensively are manipulated by choosing the set of data that goes into the model, hence it is biased by default. So just as you do with a biased person, it’s best to disregard what LLMs have to say on topics with a large bias in the data used to train it. 25	Dating a much younger woman and going out in public, we get a ton of "opinions" from older women I’ve been through similar experiences although in a homosexual relationship instead, and the amount of shit couples with an age gap get from “friends”, colleagues and even strangers who feel entitled to butt into other people’s lives is not talked about enough. 3	Grad school experiences Just having graduated from my doctorate earlier this year (in stem) I agree with pretty much everything you said. The current state of academia for men is really rough to say the least, we are long past equality and leaning very heavily towards privilege to women even in stem fields, I can’t even begin to imagine the mess that the humanities are these days anymore.
