The right way is a lot harder, but works.Well people like Jung has some really deep stuff about human psychology that's very telling about the human condition, if you actually read and understand his deeper works, not just the basic overview that you can find online. They are famous for a reason, because their works build on the foundations of current day psychology, it be silly just to dismiss any of it just because it's old.
