I recommend you that before diving into the framework itself, to learn the language, Dart. Get yourself comfortable with its syntax and concepts. And then a course from Maximilian Schwarzmüller. He makes paid courses but for relatively cheap ($10 during discounts in udemy, happens frequently) . I have been learning Angular + Ionic (Using TypeScript) from him and he does a fantastic job explaining all the details.
