A week ago...so unfortunately I can't give any feedback on long term impact. What has changed so far, is that I am aware of what I'm doing wrong while doing it wrong. Lack of eye contact, talking to fast. I have been doing the exercises for self-love every day and they are powerful

The Charisma Myth by Olivia Fox Cabane. Great book, not focused on dating, though

There's some real truth in what you're saying. Would love to hear more about it. What I always struggled with is the basic mindset of social media: how do I create genuine content without begging for attention? Especially, if most of your followers are people you know offline

Start asking questions about the stuff you can't relate to. You'll become the center of the conversation without having to provide input

Have fun, be nice. Just treat her like a regular friend. If she wants to engage, fine. If she doesnt, fine

There are no particularly interesting/sexy topics. It's the passion you convey when talking about your interests that makes it interesting to listen to. If she is a decent person she just wants to to know you. In addition, the subjects you mentioned are not exclusive to men. I would try to free myself from the idea that you have to be a certain way or talk about certain subjects. Share your enthusiasm and take it from there.

"great listening" doesn't mean not saying anything while others talk. It's the art of aksing questions at the right moment that give others a cue to talk about what they need to talk about. The best way to be more "interesting" is to be curious in general. Curios toward the person you're talking to, curios about the world. If Netflix is all you can manage, talk about that. What series do you like and why do you like them?

Just ask her if she wants you to do anything in particular to make her cum and then do it.

Try bouldering. Best sport to meet someone. Lot's of guys that are looking for physically active women. And approaching is easy. "any tips on how to do this? Wow, that looked difficult. Nice move...." Once you get some vibe just ask when they are usually there and if they want to climb together at some point. Also, if you're good at pole dance you should be good at bouldering, too

It's not necessarily about the intention but how you would value the rejection in each scenario. If you ask a beautiful girl for help and she declines you would assume she is some coldhearted #€&%. If you ask her for her number and she declines it's natural to devalue yourself. It's more important to work on self worth and accepting rejection than faking some weird intention

Meet with her, be yourself and tell her that the situation confused you. See how she reacts this will tell you if she is playing games. You need to be cool about it, though, not hurt and insecure.

Use your money to work on your personality and your looks. Get a coach for public speaking, personal trainer, and a stylist. Maybe hire someone to build your social media

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
