I've been cheated on twice to my knowledge. Both times by women I thought would marry. I never met the other guys but I know who they are. They were both Chad's in their own way. I don't know if the guys knew about me. One of them knew the girl was with me...at some point. It is possible this girl lied to him about the extent of our relationship I may never know. What I know beyond a shadow of a doubt is that both of my exes betrayed and lied to me. That is enough for me. I have grappled with yo…

Agreed! I have been wondering wtf the REAL endgame is. It’s a business so they need revenue. But people are not watching this shit so they are clearly losing revenue. Yet they persist and double down. What the fucking fuck is going on?!?! This weird issue out of so many is actually the one thing that makes me believe they actually are planning on having no American dollar sooner than later. The money MUST be meaningless.

35 never married no kids not even a scare. And my dumbass should have a ton of fucking kids running the earth at this point. I guess I've been lucky. I've been in many relationships and saw myself getting married twice. They both cheated. After the second betrayal I changed for good. I too have a great life. I have a fantastic woman in my life as well. But I carry serious scars from previous relationships and there is no denying the fact that my quality of life has grown exponentially since kick…

I've been watching this in LA too. I haven't seen the end result of their habits yet. I'm mid 30's so these women I've been involved with haven't quite hit rock bottom yet. I'm waiting patiently.

You were wiser than many including me. I feel like I came from the couple described in OP. I figured all this shit out in my early 30’s.

I thought the same thing when I visited several months ago. Too many purple haired people.

Your brother sounds like the person I was. Your second to last paragraph is the truest thing of all to me. Im about to go for a run on the beach. On the exact strip where six months ago I was saying the EXACT words to another person. The person I was telling this too has known my story for years. And the person was asking me why all these years later I was still mad at these people. I thought hard and realized it was because of exactly what you just said. Neither had accountability. IF they had …

Not sure if you're referring to me or the business itself... 1) If you are referring to me, this is simply not true. 2) If you are referring to the business I really don't know because I don't do what you have implied.

"Real Estate" is a bit vague. To get specific, I do loan doc signings. That said, I'm completely solo. I have no investment in the investment itself. I know zero details of each particular situation other than how to do my job. I simply show up wherever I am assigned at whatever time I am assigned with the paperwork and "sign here date here". I literally open with "I have no investment in this. I'm only here to make sure you sign everything correctly". It leads to not having to deal with interpe…

I work in real estate and I agree. I love it. It's been a game changer for me and I agree it's a great MGTOW situation.

"For what it's worth... it's never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There's no time limit. Start whenever you want. You can change or stay the same. There are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you've never felt before. I hope you meet people who have a different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of, and if you're not, I hop…

This is sound advice. I'm mid 30's and appreciate the reminder. I'll meditate on this for quite some time.

You've described me. The first ex is fucking obese now. This chick was BANGING when we dated/she was cheating. I can't imagine even a simp being interested now. The second chick was even better looking than the first. She has started to put the weight on. She blamed our breakup on her demanding job when in reality she was really just fucking some polyamorous meth head. But now the relationship has ended and she's unemployed. She conveniently went private after this all happened. It's great.

I'm pulling six figures. It is up to the agent. Each signing ranges from $150-$250. They take an hour at most. In LA I've noticed the signers want to be done ASAP, sometimes twenty minutes. It is up to you how many signings you take. I have retired people who do 3-20 a week. I have young and hungry adults who do 15-30 a week. Typically I never make less than $400 a day. And if the most is $400 it was most likely an easy, slow day.

Supply and demand? If any of you here live in Southern California and are looking for a job I run the regional branch of a loan doc signing agent company. I'm looking for notary publics. There's demand. Best of luck to us all!

I broke up with my college girlfriend right before we graduated in 2008. She was engaged three years later to a guy that did look like a meathead...no judgement. It looked like he played college football and was now coaching. I think he even found his way to coaching at Stanford while they were married. They didn't seem like a match but he seemed like a good capable guy. I found out three months ago that she decided she was bisexual and filed for divorce. I found this out from a mutual friend th…

Nice. I suggest making your own hot sauce. I haven't yet but it's coming. Research peppers, find what you like and voila! Doing it your own way makes you a bit more refined, cultured and knowledgeable. It also offers fantastic conversations in the right time. Keep it up.

True. And many of those chicks who leave the church are opting to be polyamorous out there. Bunch of fucked up wackos.

True. I used to go to one. As the years went on and she became more empowered, I eventually stopped going. I went to her in the beginning due to betrayal. It's kinda funny...along the way she told me she had been catching wind of an "epidemic of lonely men" as she called it. This was about three years ago. The way she phrased the situation was easy to understand at the time. But as stated, eventually I stopped seeing her because of her politics. One year later I discovered MGTOW. The evening I d…

The basketball aspect makes this a highly sensitive subject. I was an actor since I was four years old. I've been a working actor throughout my life and was fully employed in a show in the four years leading up to lockdowns. The show in particular was like winning the lottery for any actor lucky enough to book it. I was "making it" throughout my life but I had seemingly solidified my career as soon as I turned 30. I'm 35 now. I'm one of those people who followed the dream and did it. It's crazy.…

I've walked away from almost everyone in my life during lockdowns. It isn't an exaggeration. Many factors contribute to this. I live in California and used to work in entertainment. My entire social life went to hell the day after the 2016 election. I started walking away from people back then in secret. But now that my life has been ripped away from lockdowns, I can no longer have surface level conversations with people and therefore I am slowly being outed. My feelings go against the MSM narra…

I thought I noticed this four months ago. During lockdowns a girl reached out in a DM about my living situation. I had just posted about my first home. She watched a few stories where I was going through renovations. Maybe two weeks later she starts posting about how she's trying to remodel her room and is at Home Depot and didn't know what kind of tool to buy. Not once had she ever posted things like that before. It was always quite the opposite. Interesting post...

Almost everything about me changed two months ago when I discovered this sub. My father, while successful, has been an excellent simp and I never knew it. I took the trait with me up until a few years ago. My mother always made us switch hotel rooms every single time we stayed anywhere. She's gotten worse with age. The last time I went somewhere with them she made the poor front desk switch us four times. Ultimately ended up in a room which was way worse than the first because she finally realiz…

Honest question... Do we donate to those who can't speak? To those who don't have the confidence or security to "handle it"... as I like to say. Do we, find the strength within our own private group, to help those in need, anonymously? Do we find a way? Maybe we reinvent something here...

Not a dig whatsoever, but since this would be the sub to mention it, that looks like one of those "The Force is Female" games. I've never had much of an opinion on Star Wars. I've only seen the originals. I worked for Disney up until lockdowns started. As an outsider who had no opinion of Star Wars, I was shocked when I saw how the new "Star Wars Land", known as "Galaxy's Edge", was a total disaster that led to countless layoffs, pay cuts & loss of medical benefits within the company. I was one …

I worked with an Australian girl at a restaurant. I was 23 at the time. Series of circumstances involving me being hired during a time when there was a manager turnover led me to being stuck at a host stand. This was a Corporate restaurant. The girl was probably 25, recently moved to the States and was instantly hired as a server. She was also severely overweight. I thought she was nice at first. The first red flag I noticed was that she got into a relationship with a busboy who was not a catch …

I've noticed this too. There is way more content out there now than there was in 2016. Without a doubt.

Although I am not famous, I am a working actor. Went to a top program(which does not matter). 34 now. Started when I was 4. Covid destroyed the industry and I don't see things coming back for years. I'm naturally skeptical...hence me being in a group like this in the first place. So please take these words as just another story. But we already know acting is risky. Add this Virus to the equation and I firmly do not recommend the business to anybody. Now to the worst part about this whole thing. …
