Yip. My wife wanted to be a ‘yummy mummy’ and destroy our new born son’s life by turning him into a baby model and posting his daily life on Instagram. I said no, so she filed for divorce. I am now blocked on all her social media. Friends send me daily screenshots of this horrendous human posting at time inappropriate pictures and videos of our son all over social media for every weirdo on the planet to see. I have tried to stop it, but I can’t. I can’t put into words how devastated I am for my …

Never for a second show any compassion for her if she tries to garner sympathy from you. She will be out to destroy you in anyway she can. Never trust anything she says. Be cold, unrelenting and broke. Remember, never be nasty or in anyway verbally or physically aggressive, which no man should be during a marriage or divorce. Just switch off all emotions towards her. If there are any heated interactions between you, record everything. In my experience, the legal process is stacked against you as…

All the best, brother! A well earned rest will do you the world of good. I lost everything in the past year myself: family, home, life savings, the lot! I am back to zero. You are not alone: stay strong.

Women may not always be physically violent, but the psychological abuse they are able to inflict is equally devastating. Why it is not recognised more is beyond me.

Life time alimony!! She has probably found out about this and wants to come back for a year while still sleeping with her boyfriend. Don’t let your balls run away with your brains. DIVORCE!!

Don’t take this the wrong way, but count yourself lucky you have your son. Forget about everyone else and build the best life possible for you and him. I wish I was in your position, mate. I can forget about my ex and everyone else, but I can’t stop missing my son every second of every day, and I still see him once a week.

How did you deal with this?? It’s my biggest fear! My son only ever wanted to be with me until, for reasons I still don’t understand, my ex-wife asked for a divorce.

I’m 42. Since my horrendous divorce a year ago, I have zero interest in women. I am not happy alone, but I am happier alone.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
