Congratulations on coming to this decision, embrace your masculinity, harness it, and live in its glory.

Frame is still relevant when interacting with other men, jobs sites or work spaces, and in your free time. You have to make things happen for your self, no one will hand you anything. It’s ok to take a second and think something through, even if you are under pressure, breathing goes a long way.

My mom still works on the medical field, and started out as a RN, all I can think about is how hard she worked to get that career, and how hard she’d work while on the job. There is no room for people like that . Burn em, burn em all !

I'm in a holding platoon, waiting for my next course, so my WO is pretty "involved" with us

You'll regret not hooking up with her, it's better to have an "oops" than a "what if". Pull your boot straps up, take some cialus, bang her brains out.

I've found as a relationship progresses, less sex will be had. But if the relationship has been exhausted, I think you already have your answer.

Maybe if things are stale try to introduce some activities with her that are more sexually stimulating as well. I'd still follow through with the things to help promote your test, but maybe also try some new things with her too. Unless it's an issue where she makes you fully unhappy, or treats your poorly, I'd hold off on breaking up with her.

You could consider your hormones as well, and yes men have hormones. If your testosterone is low for any reason, it could be effecting your meat might. Lack of sleep, poor diet with not enough healthy fats, lifting too much and your CNS is fried, or not lifting at all. Even summer heat can effect this, take a couple cold showers a week before bed to bring your core temp down before you sleep (when your test is highest) Your 19 so your test should be running rampant, though. A good way to tell is…

I'm still quite new to TRP as well, but for the lifting aspect, I think it is about building a physical body which is capable, and "aesthetic". At least that is from what I have gathered. I'm 6' 210-220 (depending on the season), but when I walk into a room I immediately notice a shift in the attention and mood. I notice people, especially other men, look at me different than they look at each other, I would honestly say the look is that of a pack of wolves who have had a lion walk into their den…

Don't get me wrong, supplements are beneficial, I still take my protein to help me hit my daily requirements as well as my vitamins and ZMa, but what if I told you instead of buying a mass gainer for 100 bucks a month, you could buy a high quality isolate protein and with every shake you have, add a cup of whole milk and you will get the same amount of calories. At no point would I detour someone from a product they want, it's more about helping them maximize their value, and making sure the pro…

Haha, oh man, believe me I could easily stand there and just go "yeah, this product is gonna make you huge, that will be 95.63$", but integrity is important to me, and I feel like I need to at least try at that snake oil shop. In fact yesterday I was explaining to these two clueless dummies what maintenance calories are, blew their fucking minds.

Eat big get big. I work at a Sports nutrition store and little beta dudes always roll in like "I want a mass gainer". Like, "sweet, but first, how much are you eating daily" 9/10 they're eating fuck all and wondering why they don't look like Arnold. Always have to tell them, "you should eat every meal till you want to puke, and then lift with enough volume/frequency/intensity

Lots of solid advice in this thread. I personally have been in many relationships with a narc, and I figured out it was due to a lack of self respect and worth for my self. Go out, find your self worth and self respect, because putting up with her shit clearly says that you don't respect yourself. Dump her ass, burn the bridge, and start your real life. Your parents will understand if you tell them straight up, and deliver the truth to them in a decisive manor. What ever she does to her self aft…

I grew up with a rugby playing firefighter as my father figure and these were points he drove into me daily. Oddly enough, he never knew his dad. I would how ever add one thing to the list which is, Trust the guys you spend most your time with.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
