Wait how did I make an uncomfortable situation for a girl I haven’t seen yet. I didn’t run my mouth I just said, “got a girls number at the pool, going to take her on a date when I visit you at your family’s house” It is only awkward if you make it awkward. Highly doubtful this will occur I sent pool girl 5 texts. They were all about making plans which are now concrete. When it comes closer to the date I am going to call her and see what’s going on then

I see, well I am human. I have an intellectual temperament—doesn’t mean I can’t possibly act counter to my predisposition

What about Michelle. Call her and small talk, text, or just wait?

If you're an addictive type as you are proclaiming you are throughout your post, then look into Jordan B. Peterson's book, 12 Rules for life or David Goggin's Can't Hurt Me. It has a bit of a religious twist on it, but it's more an expose on the reality of what popular religion is trying to teach people. I myself, an agnostic, found it wholly lifechanging and allowed me to better connect with my spirituality and feel more at ease in my life and the direction I have taken it. You come off to me…

This one is difficult because Marley and I are intellectual types. I will try my hardest to fight my nature. I will have to disagree with you presuming I went into detail regarding how serious I am. My mentioning of Michelle was out of the blue and off-handed. I hardly went into detail and simply shared the facts of the matter. I appreciate the response. though.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
