Honestly if not for the mass genocide and trying to conquer every other nation the Nazi party did make Germany a powerhouse. They developed a strong industry that continues to this day, created the autobahn which is even better than our interstate system, and took his country out of the depression. Do you KNOW that they would have died had they got to the hospital? I dont see why your being so difficult and ignorant of the law. No they dont but context does. If she had thousands of victims at a few hundred than 3 years fits it. But like I said what if its like 5 victims losing 10K each. That could be money someone was saving for a surgery. What happens if they die because they couldnt afford treatment? She should than be charged with manslaughter in that case.
