For a gold digger or rich kid then no, probably not. But for someone who wants to live a modest lifestyle in a normal house with just an xbox, internet, and a phone. Sounds like alot of money.
There are some laws that the us government chooses and alot that the states themselves make. So some laws are different between states. Age of consent is chosen by states but I'm pretty sure almost every state has it either as 16 or 17.

Or maybe its just the only picture they have of themselves bc they aren't good at selfies and don't take pictures of themselves. I only have pictures of me with fish and deer and other animals. I don't use tinder or anything but idk.
