| 44 | The final proof TRP is workingGreat work on changing yourself for the better, but a word of warning, she probably just wants her orbiter back. As soon as you show any sign of interest in her she will know that she still has you so don't fall into her trap. Besides, sometimes it's good to have 'the one that got away' to remember where you came from. Good luck brother. | /r/TheRedPill | 28/02/19 12:32 PM |
| 0 | Personal trainers of TRP, what is your life like and advice for 22yo?Thank you for the advice, you've clearly done well for yourself and are very knowledgeable about the profession. Do you have any recommendations for where to go to educate myself? I have a decent understanding of training and nutrition principles from self experimentation, YouTube videos and online articles and a number of books namely by Ori Hofmekler and Brian Keane that I have read but I'm always hungry to learn more. Thanks again. | /r/askTRP | 03/08/18 03:28 PM |
| 5 | Advice for changing to cold showers? The way you're doing it now is fine you'll still see all the benefits. The only really way to go full cold from the start is to jump in, make a bit of noise and tough it out, it only hurts for a minute. | /r/askTRP | 03/08/18 12:13 PM |
| 5 | Personal trainers of TRP, what is your life like and advice for 22yo?Yeah it's s bit of a long shot asking for specific job advice but worth a shot. I also had to leave the city I was in to move back to just outside a small town where there is only one gym within 20 miles so not much choice of where to go. Once I have the money I will be looking at a course to qualify me to work in a gym so I can get started. It's a long journey but if it's something I enjoy then it has to be worth it. | /r/askTRP | 03/08/18 11:33 AM |
