Answer with "what makes you say I'm being quiet?".... turn it back around on them. A question like that is a mini shit test to determine where you're at.

I was really hoping someone would explain this to him. Thanks. Being Red pill means you have to live a post-sex existence. By all means get laid regularly by women who respect you, but if you put the woman before your goal you're still just a man looking for validation in an external locus of control. What's interesting, and where I agree with OP, is how meaningless the sex becomes once you become adept at getting laid regularly. That's not to say I'm not aiming higher and building myself into t…

I'm not sure I'm adding anything that other people who've done NoFap haven't said, but from personal experience I can tell you that you need to go 90 or 100 days at least once in your life. You might not think of it as an addiction, but have you ever actually exercised the discipline it would take to totally refrain from sexual release of any kind for 3 months? Master yourself first, and then see what it does to your game. That said, if you have the chance to spend time in the company of a lady …

Real talk, it's understandable that you have feelings. In general, having feelings is part of the human condition. So to ignore their existence entirely is wholly unnatural. That said, society doesn't value men for their emotionality. Society values men for their ability to put emotions aside for the sake of goals and accomplishment. In fact, you cultivate your ability to handle emotions just like you cultivate your body's ability to handle heavy weight: practice. You've clearly recognized your …

lift, invest in yourself, and stop caring if she's interested in you. oneitis is the problem, abundance mentality is the solution. eliminate desire, act the way testosterone drives you to.

ignoring them makes them wonder what makes you different. their minds do the rest of the work and you become an idea in their heads

I found RP after my first year of med school, but I can tell you for a fact that getting into med school is like a cheat code. When I was in college, most girls were interested by the fact that I was a pre-med student but I was only able to leverage it infrequently. Now, anytime I mention I'm a medical student most girls will get interested enough for me to leverage a phone number. For basically every girl. I mean literally 99 out of the last 100 girls I've asked for a phone number has given it …

start developing your abundance mindset now, because a girl who thinks you don't have any other prospects is gonna be out the door and on to the next one. Any neediness will kill all attraction, so keep working on the cold approaches and good luck! Also, if all you do is text her without leading you're setting yourself up for failure, so after a few quick messages just tell her "Hey, I'm going to XYZ thing in a couple days. You should come with me, it'll be fun." Things to avoid: movies, dinner.…

start reading /r/theredpill if you don't have a strong sense of who you are, you have no business reproducing... or at least that's what a woman's biology will intuitively notice.

I deleted all my dating apps the moment I realized I didn't need a woman to complete me in any way. The greek myth goes that humans started out with 2 heads and 4 hands, but the Gods realized humans would be too powerful and split them apart. Man and Woman. So they were destined to roam the Earth searching for the other half. My twist is that if Man is capable of being complete in and of himself, he needs no woman. And that makes meeting them and finding them that much easier. Cheers!

Let your boss know you're not comfortable having people talk about you while you're not there. If the problem from the other party persists, insist on having a formal process conducted to resolve it. 9 times out of 10, the other party won't have the guts to face you head on. Also feel free to remind your co-workers that that sort of behavior makes you uncomfortable. Keep a hard line about this, because women have been talking about each other for literally thousands of years and when given the c…

This is precisely why men are valuable to women, and always will be more valuable than the woman they're with. 1. be physically stronger than your woman. it's your birthright as a testosterone-producer to be physically strong enough to manipulate your environment. 2. women need men to function in society. they suffer a worse fate being 30 and unmarried than a man in the same setting. They've usually spent most of their 20s in a world where the only value they added was their youth. Once it's eva…

Do whatever it takes to maintain frame. Allowing external events to influence my internal state feels like I've lost. I also think shit tests are just women's way of ensuring that their man is unperturbed by external emotional influences. It's how they test a man's reproductive fitness. If you're maintaining frame, then I suppose your relationship with emotions sounds healthy. The difference between me and you is that I refuse to let external factors cause any emotional change in me. That probab…

Yes, if you lose your temper because of an outside influence you're not in control. A car is a physical object: pay to get it fixed and don't worry about the money. Yes, if you remain forever inconsolable after a relative dies (everybody dies) you're not in control. These things happen, but so long as you're alive you must continue living. Emotions are the territory of the feminine. Use them, but don't let them control you. But your second point is well taken... sort of.. Again, this is just a p…

I honestly can't agree with you there.. I think jealously is an inherently negative and unhealthy emotion. I consider the very thought that you can't be in control of your emotions to be a blue pill form of seeing the world. But to each his own..

I think women don't even understand their own nature. All they know is that they feel tingles and their biology is driving their desire. Yet, if you look at their behavior from a social lens, the reality is that they have 100% perfectly plausible deniability. "I was just asking questions." "He's cute, so what?" If all you're assessing is reality, the reality is that these women exhibited socially acceptable interest. I'm new to Red Pill, but I think a fundamental law is to take ownership as a ma…

If you're that big, you're totally right: you'd be much better as a puncher than fighting on the ground. Plus, next time you watch an MMA fight you'll notice one thing without fail: the striker wins more often. It's how Holly Holms beat Rousey, it's why Connor MacGregor took 17 seconds to win a fight. Honestly, I don't know if you really need one-on-one training unless you plan on fighting Golden Gloves or going professional. That said, usually trainers charge about $50/hr for their time. Save y…

Try going to a boxing gym and seeing if the head coach could work out a deal with you. If you're young and don't have much spare cash ask him to let you try it out or see if you can do some spare work for him for a discounted membership. Most of these guys are old-timers who are down for cash.

Honestly, getting cauliflower ear is a complete fluke, total chance. Studies show you're much more likely to get it wrestling than you are boxing though. Most professional boxers don't have it, and the headgear protects you. When you first start boxing, it'll still probably take between 3-6 months till you feel comfortable enough to step in the ring and spar. Sparring always involves headgear and a mouth guard. Only professional fighters fight without head protection (and even they don't get cau…

I got into boxing about 6 years ago. It's a life long skill that only improves with time.. like a basketball shot or a golf swing. I've only recently been able to get back into sparring and you've hit the nail on the head! It's amazing for your sense of worth because it totally brings you into the moment. I still lift for conditioning, but boxing is a true love of mine.

100% accurate. I had a similar thing happen in January, and this just goes to prove it's the rule. My thoughts? Women can exist in their natural state of femininity only when they can rely on your wisdom. If you doubt your own wisdom, don't share it with your woman because it'll bring her out of the feminine and drive her towards someone else who, by acting on their wisdom, can allow her to feel her natural femininity. When you act from a place of wisdom you can live at your edge. If you don't f…

not sure if you've done anything about this, but I wouldn't have responded after she said "maybe you just call and I answer if its a good time." Give it a day or two and shoot her a call. Weeknight evenings this girl is gonna be bored at home folding laundry. She'll either pick up because she wants to talk to you or she won't and you can move on to the next one. But yes brother, i agree. texing freaking sucks.

Absolutely have to be comfortable with eye contact. But better than forcing it is looking her in the eye with a happy, giddy enthusiasm. Smile with your eyes and look at her like you know something she doesn't. And.. this is entirely unsolicited advice but NoFap really helped with eye contact and anxiety if you're interested in self-improvement..
