1	Why are so many guys in denial or don’t want to learn these skills? I have a 90/10 hate love relationship with social media. I feel it's destroying our society in SO many ways; seeing a bunch of kids standing in a circle all on their phones 🙄. I have connected with people I probably never would have through social media however. But constantly feeding your brain, assessing yourself and others through social media is damning.
