2	I hate the government of my country This isn't the first time in human history this has happened, and it certanitly won't be the last. Trading money to avoid conscription is as old as the concept of organized warfare. If you're a poor man you're cannon fodder, if you're rich you can buy a commission or bribe you're way out of service.
