You would be wrong to do so. Members of the public are not trained in things like probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Police are. They should have known better. If they cuffed you, they could be civilly liable. If this is a real story, don't limit your reaction to a post that almost no one will see. File a formal complaint for unlawful detention and use of force. Follow through. Make yourself heard.

Great! Clean, smooth, normal, safer from disease. This is a made-up men's rights issue..focus on real inequality, not trying to get America's dicks to match third world cosmetic standards (And smells).

How do you say snail-eating dick head in French? And to be clear: I'm not DTF, but I'm willing to give a handy.

No one likes that gross look, parents LITERALLY have the right to consent to this minor operation, and the continued drum beat on this issue in this sub is ridiculous with all the real issues we have to deal with.

Counter point: everyone loves boobs. No one likes smegma or turtlenecks.

He's LITERALLY been proven guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt, and I feel like I'm in clown world right now!!! There was a trial, there was evidence, there was a jury.

Dude, there was a fucking trial! I don't need to prove shit. This rapist was convicted at trial after a jury heard all the evidence. He's a convicted rapist. This isn't a false accusation. Stop defending him.

2 reasons: hers is corroborated by other evidence (the bruising on her inner thighs), and his is hurt by his admission that he lied to police. In the U.S. criminal justice system, juries are tasked with determining credibility of witnesses. In this case, they did! He was convicted, after trial by jury, with proof beyond a reasonable doubt. He's not an innocent man, he's a convicted rapist.

Yes! The bruises on her inner thigh, the DNA on her chest (an area the defendant denied touching), and the SWORN testimony at trial...which is evidence! Testimony at trial is evidence. Juries are supposed to judge what is true and false. I understand we don't like people being falsely accused in the media, but there was a full blown trial, with cross examination, and testimony under oath.

Sure The victim testified at trial that she’d been drinking beforehand and that Wilson first lifted her skirt and assaulted her on the dance floor. She said he then led her, stumbling, out of the bar and to his home a couple of blocks away. There, she repeatedly told him, “No, I’m too drunk, I can’t do this,” but Wilson held her down and raped her, she said. She then returned to the bar and reconnected with her cousin, and went to a hospital for a sexual assault examination the following day.

Do...Do you understand that sworn testimony to a jury is evidence? The victim testified she was raped. There was bruising on her inner thighs. There was DNA in a place he denied touching. The defendant lied to the police, and ADMITTED on the stand he lied to the police. Of COURSE the jury would believe the victim. She's not an admitted liar, and there was objective, physical evidence (DNA and bruising). You guys are wrong on this one. Way off base. We shouldn't be defending convicted rapists. Ed…

Onto her bare chest, REALLY?
/r/MensRights31/05/19 02:56 PM

There is. She reported he raped her. She had bruising on her thighs. He denied sex, and only admitted kissing her, but his DNA was found on her chest (proving he lied). The jury believed the evidence and convicted him.

He was convicted at trial, beyond a reasonable doubt. Edit: read about the fucking trial, boys. The defendant admitted on the stand, under oath, that he lied to the police about what happened. The victim testified, on the stand, under oath, that she was raped. She had bruises. There was DNA on her on a place the defendant denied touching. The jury convicted based on actual evidence presented at a trial. Stop. Defending. A. Convicted. Rapist.

It's not mutilation, and you're comparing an actual crime to something akin to a haircut. One snip and your baby is normal.

So I'm mutilated AND brainwashed and the 120 of you upvoters are enlightened enough to see the real truth...4000 years of tradition be damned. Smegma and bad odor be damned. Increased risk of STDs including fucking AIDS be damned. Cool. Please get this nonsense off our sub.

Negative, cowboy. You realize you're calling the vast, vast majority of believers in this sub mutilated? I happen to like my penis as is, as these circumcision posts are stupid

Circumcised men are not mutilated you silly goose. The whole turtleneck thing is...gross. This isn't a men's rights issue and doesn't belong in this sub. We have freedom of religion in this country, thank fucking God.

I think you're over compensating for a smelly penis. Sorry your parents didn't give you a better life.

Lol. You literally want to ban a procedure that's been a cultural, religious, and traditional part of normal men's lives, and ONLY men, in a man's rights sub. But I'm the idiot. Sure. Go eat some ants.

So you don't get your haircut, trim your nails, don't have your wisdom teeth extracted or appendix or tonsils out, don't get vaccinated because we're not born with that immunity...sure, sure. It's fucking gross and ugly, and it's my man's right as a dad not to have a smegma son with an std catcher.

It's not mutilation. It's normal. It prevents disease and it's cleaner. This issue doesn't belong in this sub, which I support.

You realize threatening physical violence is against Reddit rules, right? So your argument in favor of hooded dicks is castration. Makes sense, since most internet tough guys are ballless.

Are..Are you fucking kidding me? This is NOT anti-male. This is a long-standing cultural and religious custom, in religions and societies RUN BY MEN. Don't try to conflate your love of smegma-filled foreskin with the REAL issues facing men: higher incarceration rates, lower life expectancy, less funding for men's health issues. This is NOT a men's rights issue, this is cultural and religious and a matter of taste. I'm a God damn staunch supporter of men's rights, and I cut the foreskin off my so…
