What do you put on your calendar? 1) I find that after a while all my will to do it dies, and I cannot regain it for the rest of the day how do you overcome that? Thanks for the reply!

Thank you so much for your response, one question 1) What is your method of meditation? I just focus on my breathing and imagine my lungs for about 5 - 10 minutes

I don't know if you have read this advice before, but the first thing that comes to mind if the three second rule 1) When you see a girl that you want to approach 2) Give yourself only three seconds to go and approach her 3) Try to do this to one girl a day 4) at the end of the day go over what went right and what you did wrong. Any improvements you see here is greatly appreciated.

I am so thankful to this sub reddit and everyone on here, it has completely changed my life. I have tried my best to digest and internalise all the great information on here. However there is one thing that I cannot improve, and that is my self-doubt, whenever I try to do something I always over-think it and de-motivate myself I have no idea how to improve this and stop over-thinking. I am grateful for any responses

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
