What’s a good beginner workout for someone who’s just needs to work their upper body. And I’m not sure how much of testosterone has on a effect for motivation. I’m a guy who’s young and have a condition that makes me legit born with much more testosterone then the normal guy and it’s so hard for me to get motivated to exercise because I hate it. I’m good at social skills and decent looking (lean/fit) I go out not enough but more then most in here and I try to ask girls out I like and think I have a chance with but I’ve legit never been on a date. From my personal experience it seems women have to many options to settle on a average or slightly above average guy like me. What advice do you have? I take some advice from this Reddit but I just have really bad anxiety around pretty girls I want to be romantic with. If I just see the girl as a friend I’m chill and have no problem talking to girls. But the moment my brain wants to be more then friends I shut down.

It depends on you honestly. In high school I had 0game was fat and ugly. Now I’m 23 and high school me would’ve looked at how I am now and think I hit my absolute peak. I’m fit/slim and have some game. And I know I’m not at my peak I still have so much I can improve on with style advice and physical appearance. I did have to work for it tho.
