It's still illegal to sell, buy and grow. If you're caught growing a plant or two, you'll end up only paying a fine because you weren't selling it, and it would be to expensive to put in jail for that

Never said it didn't, but it's more notable on 4chan mainly for 2 reasons: Teenagers that don't understand "the internet" well (and it's dark humor, etc...) consider browsing 4chan and being edgy, cool Reddit has more users than 4chan. By a large margin. And it also has a larger demographic
