You're very right, women are more or less defiant teenagers for the rest of their lives. I'm not really sure at what point they stop developing mentally, but they do stop for sure entirely once they end puberty at 16. But in some senses and scenarios they are 12-13 and others closer to 16, that is what has confused me quite a bit and something I have never really figured out.
