1	Halle Berry sees the Flaws in Child Support after being forced to Pay Child Support. uhh... no. That opens the door for someone to be taken advantage of. Before making someone pay a ridiculous amount of child support. The court's first offer should be to see if the more well off parent is mentally and economically stable to be the parent housing the child. Then if that parent does want to raise the child at home, they can have that option. No one deserves to get paid just because they parent a child.
