I'm currently reading 12 Rules For Life and Dr. Peterson talks about how we all feel we are unworthy because we alone know just how messed up we are, how weak we are, how contemptible we are. It's important to recognize that we are having these thoughts and that other people are exactly the same. Recognizing then in the moment is, in my opinion, a key step in retaining yourself to think differently.

You can pay a therapist or have some good male friends. I have the same problem, honestly. Sometimes I just want to be a little bitch and have a soft, caring woman take care of me and make me feel better. Hell, I've made the mistake of showing that kind of weakness to women I was fucking. Eh, people tend to underestimate how much control they have. A mind can be sharpened. You can figure out what your strengths are, find a role that let's you use them, and hone them to the point of mastery. At the same time, most women can look good if they watch their physique, do their hair, can and put on some makeup.

I'm not sure that's strictly true. I think what a lot of people here don't realize is that everything meant the world to her until she rewrote history and it didn't. Women aren't stone cold and calculating most of the time. They're highly emotional and are driven by that emotional energy. When their emotions flip because a better option showed up, the hamster does a lot of work to rewrite everything until it means nothing.

My understanding is that a bond is a lot like a loan. As a company, you could issue bonds that someone else buys. You promise to pay them back with interest after a certain amount of time. If you go bankrupt and your assets get liquidated, bond holders get money back before equity holders, if there's any equity left by the end. I have very superficial knowledge of this so I'm probably leaving out a ton and anyone who knows more should correct me.

You're half way there. Yes, the base supports the top. Which means without the base you can't have the top. This can literally be explained through logic. We agree that the base (p) supports the top (q). So then we can also agree that if the base needs aren't met (~p), then the higher needs won't be achieved either (~q).
