Pretty sure the whole "God is a woman" bs started a long time ago, to be honest. My take is that religion is just a tool to control the masses and instill whatever values they want into them. Spinach actually does have a good amount of iron. Easy to just pop in a few leaves into sandwiches, make a salad out of it with boiled eggs, ham, and shredded cheese. You could even toss it into soups and rice for extra texture. Certain cereals, like Rice Crispies, Cheerios, and even Mini Wheats! Just one bowl can get you really good. Good nutrients all around, fat, protein, and calcium from whole milk, and the right cereals will have good fiber. Great way to start the day.
