High school is different from the real world in that your social groups are pretty set once your identity is established. If you're already known as the weird kid, there's very little you can do because there isn't really a way to start over besides transferring schools. And even then most people will already have established social circles that will be hard to break into. Try to understand that you might not be happy with where you are in life at the moment, but make the most of your situation …

You're clearly not in a good position in life at the moment, so I recommend Monk Mode. Go lift, dress better, join an athletic team. If you post a picture of yourself I can give you more specific advice.
