I have one dog, a terrier mix. I come home for lunch during workdays to walk him. He is crated while I am gone. My understanding is that crates greatly alleviate the separation anxiety that dogs experience in our absence. I think breed means a lot for buying a dog as a single man. My reaction to the story is that you should think about your drinking. Not that you have to quit, but that it severely impaired your decision making in this instance. Do you really want to be MGTOW? Maybe getting drunk and fucking a random is your way of backing into fatherhood and commitment.
