Considering the human population has octupled over the last 100 years he isn't doing a very good job, huh?

No, I am not. If you look here https://reproductiverights.org/maps/world-abortion-laws/ you'll see there's actually many nations across this great green world of ours where abortion is heavily regulated or outright illegal in all circumstances.
/r/MensRights04/02/26 04:41 PM

Yeah that's why abortion is legal and accessible everywhere on Earth! Wait...

India is very much not a Muslim-majority country. Please see here for more information. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Partition_of_India

Do you have any sources giving more context on these accusations and lawsuits? It sounds pretty serious, I'd like to know more about those situations.

honestly, so many kids end up without a dad in their life because he'd rather be off doing drugs or sleeping with other women, and then their moms turn to the same kinda vices. sad!

I agree with you for the most part. Your analogy to addictive substances is apt. The owners of studios and corps such as OnlyFans and Pornhub who profit off of porn addiction are certainly exploiting their customer base. However, I don't believe that guilt can be imputed to the actors, and it certainly cannot be imputed to actual sex workers, the vast majority of whom are engaged in survival prostitution. That would be akin to blaming the cashiers at liquor stores for alcoholism.

Yeh dude that ain't it. These dudes are just lazy and view their children as possessions. How do I know? I represent them in court!
/r/MensRights20/09/25 12:38 AM

What a rosy picture of prostitution you have where customers never take their anger out on a sex worker!

Your position on this displays a lack of empathy and negative revolutionary potential. I suggest you immerse yourself in the accounts of women who've survived sex work, or better yet donate your time and energy to community efforts to support young people in dire financial and social straits so that they may avoid being exploited in that harrowing world. I will engage with your myopic worldview no further.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates19/09/25 03:19 AM

Yes, when it comes to sex, consent is binary. Being forced into having sex for survival is being raped. What is controversial or difficult to understand about that position to you?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates19/09/25 03:10 AM
1

If sex without consent is rape, and work performed due to duress and coercion is not consensual, then sex work is definitionally rape.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates19/09/25 02:57 AM

Comparing the specific humiliations and risks of sex work to "any work you don't specially enjoy" is myopic and childish. A typical faux leftist perspective and excuse: all labor is slavery, so acknowledging that any form of labor may have specific and worse degradations and harms is unnecessary.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates19/09/25 02:56 AM
1

Because not enjoying your job is definitely equivocal to being raped for money!

In what way is that statistic not true? You admit in your own comment that men committing more violent crime than women is a fact lol

What do you think about the vast majority of people who engage in sex work due to economic disenfranchisement?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates18/09/25 06:52 PM

Perhaps the questions should be why we allow those industries to exist as they do, rather than expanding the potential for regulated exploitation, then?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates18/09/25 06:46 PM

How are people, often times independent contractors, offering a service at a fair market value exploiting their customer base, exactly?

In my experience men are also way less willing to file for custody or even visitation. In my work in the child welfare field I've encountered hundreds of men who hadn't even bothered to get a legal declaration of paternity for their kid.

Couldn't that be indicative of the socioeconomic pressures unique to women and single mothers specifically?

Totally. The state has no problem removing a newborn infant from a parent on a pretense of trauma, yet we're supposed to believe an elective, unnecessary surgical procedure on a newborn is somehow magically forgotten.

You make my point for me. This obsession with mass media is what weakens men, not who is represented in it. Almost exclusively the most important figures in the real world and actual cultural stories have been men. Mass media is the problem, regardless of whether a film as a male lead or not the purpose of these narratives is put culture in the control of corporations. Focus should be the study of real history and the great epics of ancient cultures, not on who is in silly cash grab movies made …

That is not a radical feminist podcast, man. Actual radical feminist are on the other extreme of the biological difference between the sexes debate. If you'd believe them men and women are different species entirely lol

steal it from who? if the owners of the IP want to make a schlock film with a female instead of a male lead that's their prerogative. perhaps the real issue here is men are overly-invested in cultural capital exclusively owned by corporation that do not care about them beyond their wallets

What male spaces have been killed, exactly? Strip clubs, bowling alleys, cigar lounges, amateur sports leagues, sports bars, lodges, the Freemasons, etc etc are all very much in existence. Problem isn't the lack of male spaces, it's that men who claim to want friendship spend all their time in their own houses playing video games and whining on internet forums.
