So, to get this right, you don't cheat, you love your wives and you lift/philosophize all the time? Shit, you dudes are like the undiscovered, mythical 0.01% of successful men out there. You are all American/British, aren't you? Here in Europe, having a committed relationship is more or less considered a joke :D

Of course you pay them to leave. After literally hundreds of "legit" conquests (one of which resulted in marriage), every woman I meet is now immediately a clone of someone before her. They talk, fuck, argue, hope and cry the same way. There is no thrill there anymore. All that is left of me is the animal and I need to feed it with as little bullshit as possible. You guys are all so positive and focused and driven, you remind me of how I was in my early 20's, when I knew jack shit about the terr…

Actually I do game her and the sex is constant but it comes out of her desire to feel secure in the relationship, not out of some pure, dark and fucked up animal self destructive instinct. And that makes me sad, you know?

You are not really reading, are you? Or are you all trolling? Are you seriously falling for the whole "I'll be an awesome dude and she'll love me forever and ever" bullshit? Seriously? And you've been married how long? You are how old? Dudes, in the real world, there is no such thing as love or devotion. The fact that you bother coming up with all these excuses is clear proof that your wives probably have more than one Chad in their lives right now. Remember, if you love her, she doesn't. If she…

Right on man, keep telling yourself that. I assume you also have not been married long (if at all)? It's not about being unable to get a woman to have an affair with you, but consciously rejecting that, because you want to stay in your marriage for the benefits, in spite of it's problems. Essentially, it is a solution to a problem.

Your problem is that you care. You are not dead inside yet. You are not ready for a long term relationship.

You have not been married many years (if any) have you? EDIT: Also get off your idiot lifting obsession everybody here. Being fit and presentable is a non-negotiable imperative. But half the guys I know get cheated on by their wives with complete schlubs. So if you are thinking fitness=healthy sex life, boy, I have news for you.

You're quite right man, I probably should have worded my post better in order to have a valuable takeaway out of it. I guess the takeaway should be : chill. It's good to try and to achieve, but don't drive yourselves insane over this shit. You can improve your chances of some fortuitous synergies converging on you, but you cannot really change the course of what would always be. Chicks who dig you will dig you for the man you are/will become. "Hacking the system" is only an illusion. So chill an…

Oh yes, inner peace, accomplishments, all that zen bullshit. They work for a little while. Then the Abyss stares right back into you and the carnie never ends. And the more success, the more publicity, the more students & acolytes, the worse it gets inside. You'll see, you'll get there.

It contains the final truth with which all masters of game are confronted. I get that it's uncomfortable for the majority of starry-eyed kids who just discover the scene, but it's all a lie. Of all the amazing clown stunts I've performed to get a certain woman to sleep with me, my only takeaway is that 90% of those women would have slept with me anyway, because I fit the baby-daddy ideal in their heads. Game is a super cool social exercise but no more.

With a heavy heart, I recognize truth in your words. It is as you say. I'll hope the bitterness goes the fuck away. Heavy drinking is still allowed to ease the pain of transition though, yeah? :)

Your words actually give me strength brother. I do lift and run, it's part of the "keep me sane" routine/alone time I treasure so much. And you're right, job/wife need to go and I should focus on what made me happy in the first place :)

Word and I quite agree. I never had anything against hard work, in fact, I love it. But you see, a funny thing, once I've worked for something, I can't really enjoy it. I feel like I've earned it, like it's my goddamn birthright. There is no element of surprise. Tough shit, that's life I hear you say. All true. But still, growing up deprived and having to work my fingers to the bone for every goddamn little thing, it got to the point where the rewards just felt "normal" and I was already working…

Oh I establish frame alright and don't do dates either. Payments are out of the question. But they still. All. Try. To.Shoehorn.The.Goddamn.Relationship.Thing.In. I cut them off always and the wife is a fantastic excuse but still. It's ridiculous. They shouldn't even be bringing it up. Where is their sense of wanton corruption? All these women enter willingly into affairs with a married man who has no interest in providing for them in any way and they fucking still TRY to turn it into "Dynasty" …

Good point. I think my main issue stems from the fact that I want a readily available harem of slaves and instead they all make me put in a minimum of work that pisses me off because they simply have no right, having nothing going for them except for ephemeral looks. But I thought the point of Reddit was to come and bitch about stuff like that, I am possibly in breach of reddiquette!

Exactly. But there IS skill involved. Transforming from nerd to sexy hunk by sheer intellectual force of will and extreme hard work (the clothes, the attitude, the gym work, the self-improvement on all levels involved in actually engineering a Casanova persona) is something that only 0.2% of the general populace achieve. This is what the community calls "Game" for ease of reference. You are spot-on.

I can understand that if you're a younger dude, just learning about the scene, I sound like a depressive, rambling, idiotic old man. That is because you still have hope (even though you do not admit it) that somewhere maybe exists some exciting woman that is not simply a shallow festival of egomania. You have not lived in prison, both physical and emotional, you have not denied your true nature because she threatens you with suicide that is bullshit yet you are too much of a pansy ass to call, y…

Sadly, not my case and let's say it's verified. Maybe I did not phrase it right: they enjoy the sex but they hate to have it unless teddy bears and roses are all over the place along with big promises of love AND THE SACRED RELATIONSHIP. I have had many women that we were rocking like pornstars and as soon as I told them that I just did not feel that way about them, ran off faster than I could blink. So it's not the act of sex they hate, but giving it up without compensation. Ergo, prostitutes a…

Actually I'm inclined to agree with you. It's just so damn hard to kill that horrible White Knight idiot inside of me. For all of my wasted and sad adolescence, I was a huge nerdlord who of course had zero contact with the opposite sex and created these elaborate Unicorn fantasies, about the One and The Princess. Given that I had a nonexistent parental archetype (a lovable super beta with no clue about women) I was absolutely lost and without guidance. After falling head over heels for the first…

You make solid points even though I may disagree with you on some issues. I'm in a complicated situation and any trouble I'm experiencing I have most assuredly created for myself. I know this. At some point I will have to man up and get a divorce and stop fucking around, just soak up the sweet solitude and live like a fucking monk like I dream about. This "different" way they "love" us, this is where I will stick to my viewpoint. I suppose you can call it "love" but it's not like anything my ide…

And to address that second concern, if you can be happy about stuff, congratulations, I'm happy for you, seriously. There are good things in life, things that help us hold on, I'm not arguing that. They just have nothing to do with women who profess "love" when what they really mean is "I couldn't get anyone better looking or richer than you to fuck me, so hey, I make do, it's not that bad."

Isn't this the point of the Red Pill though? Not a shield to hide behind if your game is lacking ("Hey, it's not my fault, I try!" *chomps at hamburger as BBQ sauce sadly drips on his belly and goes back to playing WoW) but a profound philosophical understanding of the Big Nothing that governs all relations with women. Not even a Big Nothing, because they simply seek to suck you dry of all resources prior to moving on to the next man. Only the male of the species is capable of real love and emot…

Well to maintain the income I need to work, it's not passive, so no time for the bicycle thingie. It's just grind and misery and the more success I have, the less free time I have that I desperately need to dedicate to myself but instead the hag wife takes up, because it would be "antisocial behavior" to just lock myself up in a good motel and drink until the stars come out no more. Which is all I ever really want to do these days, anyway.

Mad Men is pure truth. Every line written and uttered for that show is as true and desperate as Red Pill life.

It's not even the money thing, I make a comfortable income and I could support a middle-class-adjusted-gold-digger but I find the very concept, the foundation of that idea, disgusting. I'm at a point where after having hundreds of lovers, I just despise how women are wired to crave security and only ever see men as "baby making and protecting and providing" machines. I want to live free, adventure, drift, enjoy things with a good woman for a week, a month, hell maybe even a year but no more. At …
