I get that, and I send ~6,000 texts a month so I understand. But getting impatient because someone hasn't responded in one hour? Now you're coming off as desperate and impatient.

Seriously? You want that? I view texting as sending a letter or an email, but with a slightly faster expected response. They'll get it and respond when they can. The only exception to that is when I'm having a back and forth conversation with someone (1 minute intervals between responses) and they disappear. I would find it ridiculous if someone texted me "I'll get back to you in 10 minutes!" Just respond in 10 minutes!?

I'd probably wait a little more than one hour. Some people have things going on. I'm in class right now and can't touch my phone for the next 2.5 hours.

You do realize that's the entire point of this forum... for people with experience to help those without.

Don't have a list of topics memorized. Just go with the flow of the conversation. If ever it gets quiet, or you blank out, use my go to: "How's your life?" Failing that if it keeps getting quiet say something like "Man, you're doing a horrible job of entertaining me" (joking of course).

Mother of god this is helpful. If only he'd thought of that. "Get over it" man... you should write a book or something

These are all very canned lines. Texting witty things is easy, being witty in person is a different ball game. In person just comes with being in state, and not caring about what you're saying.

How was your transition from being a PUA to being a significant other? What makes the lady you're dating special? (By this I mean, out of all the women out there, why her?) Thanks for doing this for us!
/r/seduction14/02/12 05:34 PM

I just want to say thank you for helping me change my life. It wasn't just about the women, it was about the confidence I didn't know I had.

I think two separate AMAs would be so radically beneficial for both parties. On /r/Iama you're going to get questions like "What's pickup?" "How can I get laid every weekend?" Whereas here we can really delve into the mind of someone who was an original Mpua.

There's a distinct lack of "I started out recently and just had a eureka moment!" posts anymore. Um What? In the last WEEK I've seen This, This, This, and This titled "Holy shit your advice really works!". That's in the last 7 days. I just looked at the last two pages of posts and found a TON of them. Not to mention, the very first thing on the sidebar is basically "If you have a rookie question, you should leave." Um what? It's sectioned into areas for beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Inc…

What they're doing is equivalent to going to your math professor on the last day of class, asking for the solution to the hardest problem, then expecting to ace the final. What pisses me off is that nobody ever read the book (sidebar), even attempted to come to a single class (look at any other posts), or try a single homework problem (practice in the field). We've all been asked about that same exact problem so many times, and we can answer it for them, but it wont make a difference because whe…

No, I love helping people who don't know much about game. What I don't love is seeing 10-20 posts that each involve a year long history with one girl and then proceeds to ask "So Seddit, what's my next move?" Reddit is full of forever alones, and /r/Seduction can be a great place for them! But this subreddit is not made for helping each specific oneitus case get their girl. The material doesn't teach that. We're about playing the numbers game and becoming a better person, not tricking one girl i…

I think about it from a backwards perspective. Do you expect to have sex with someone without touching them? Do you expect to kiss them without any previous contact? Do you expect to hold hands without shaking hands first? It's a natural progression, with each tiny step you get closer to your final goal. Each small movement makes her more comfortable with the next advancement.

Slow down. Do not chase. It was probably overwhelming for her, you just met the girl and if the wall post was anything besides "It was nice to meet you!" then you're going too fast. Girls like to prune their wall and make it look pretty, if she took what you wrote as creepy (or just plain didn't want to respond) then she likely took it down. Progression from her view: A) Meets some guy, he's alright B) Oh hello again, nice conversation during dinner C) Facebook friends - that was fast D) Faceboo…

Texting is not for conversation, and the perceived awkwardness you're feeling is why. If you want to ask her to hang out, then ask her, otherwise I would drop the texts.

You could be right, I'm a senior in college and many of the girls I date are not completely mature. Yes you can gauge attraction by content, but your claim was that you can gauge attraction by how long she waits (which is what I disagreed with). I am very versed in text game, and If you'd like to look at my history I'm incredibly active and supported in Seddit and it's children. What you don't seem to understand is that textgame is strongly discouraged in pickup, for varied but accurate reasons.…

I disagree with you completely. I live with and am friends with many girls. They admit to waiting to respond to guys they like, and in fact some of them have a science to it. She doubles the time the guy took, if she likes him. I can always tell how I'm doing with a girl by how she replies to my texts You may need more experience. Many girls hate texting and give short replies, others are extremely slow to respond to all texts, some are just busy! I just called my friend and asked her "Say a guy…

I completely disagree. Often women will wait an hour just to make you sweat. They'll do this only to guys they're attracted to. You can't take it as an IOI or an IOD.
/r/seduction25/09/11 06:48 PM
7

I've thought about this, and there are none that I can see. Simply by noticing that she's taking an hour to respond you're telegraphing too much interest. You could, however, do it passive agressively by inviting her somewhere and then say something like "Sorry, you took too long!" This kinda puts the idea in her head that your texts have time constraints.
/r/seduction25/09/11 12:00 AM
2

You don't want to go crazy in texts, you'll have to rebuild comfort and attraction in real life anyway. I want to highlight what I just said. Everything you're building in texts... will fade and need to be rebuilt when you are in person That being said: "Are you always this difficult?" "When are you going to take me out to a nice dinner and buy me things?" "You're such a dork" (answering a question) "If you promise to behave"

girls are driven by emotion not logic Yes, that's my point. When you add a smiley face it comes off as childish, and over emotive. Try and imagine saying your texts verbally. "Bible study at my house tonight, look pretty for jesus... just kidding" OF COURSE you're kidding. You don't need the emoticon to convey that you're joking. She knows. It's redundant and takes away from the confidence in your banter. You're emoting that you're worried about her reaction by reinforcing the fact that "Don't w…

These are great, I've already been using quite a few of them. A bit of advice: Stop. Using. Smileyfaces. You're a man. The role you want to fulfill is strong, mysterious, confident. The reason you feel obligated to put a smiley face into a text is because you're treading thin ice, you're pushing the limits, and you want to be sure it's not perceived incorrectly. HAVE BRASS BALLS. Allow her to feel that little bit of wonder over what you exactly meant. Allow her mind to bounce back and forth betw…

In IV social proof is key. I could go on for ages but: Make some female friends and have them be pivots/wingwomen for you. Letting them open and bring you in with "You HAVE to meet Anonypus" does wonders. As a matter of fact make friends with as many women as possible. Great video. His is partly his own creation, and he can probably cold read better than most so I focus on general answers that are right regardless of who you're talking to. My only complaints of his system are: A room seems too small, size of the cube can't have a big range in a room. Storm will RARELY rain inside (since it's illogical) so it's hard to get a feel for whether their troubles are near or far.
/r/seduction07/06/11 08:16 AM

Cube: "Okay the cube represents your ego." Do a little cold reading. Big cube is big ego, but you don't say that. You say "You have a strong personality and sense of self" Now, if she's nodding push that further. If she's ambivalent move on. (this goes for ALL your answers) Floating means you're idealistic and have big hopes and dreams. Ground means you're grounded very realistic. If you can see inside the cube it means "I can get to know you and who you are within a few minutes of meeting you. …

The cube is particularly easy to remember since you only need to know 4 things! Cube - Ego (self) Ladder - Friends Horse - Love Storm - Troubles Once you've got that down the rest is mostly cold reading and reading body language. Ask 4-5 questions about each item. Size? Color? Location (in scene)? Actions? Then go off of that. Small cube - small ego, small horse - love is something you don't want to take over your life, small ladder- you're an individual your friends and family don't define you,…

Best to have a zero tolerance policy. You'll be surprised how often they end up texting you again if you give them a chance. Have abundance mentality. You only respond to responses. You're not straining to keep the conversation going because you have 10 other girls texting you. As heart-wrenching as it feels I'd say the best course of action is to ignore. Unless it ends in a question mark. I would recommend against asking if it's okay, that turns on her logical thinking and you'll most likely get a No. However if you do get LMR something that helps me often is saying "Okay, but I can still kiss you right! There are many theories for mindsets that help with this: -Don't have any expectations, you're just out to have fun, live in the moment. -Mystery would say "Go fuck 12 chicks and see if you're still thinking about the one that got away" -For me: I stopped believing in free will and subscribed to determinism. This makes life much easier in general.

As long as you're opening you're doing it right. False time constraints, and body language helps early on (don't face them with your body at first). Iso: compliance test while in group (use Kino test or something similar), Tease the target often and then once you think you're ready to isolate. Offer your arm to her and if she takes it tell her friends "I'm gonna borrow her for a second, we'll be right over there" Once she's isolated just keep frame and use subtle negs, and build comfort. Screeni…

I see a lot of people trying to summarize all of game in one paragraph. You said you know the material, where do you falter? For instance in the following progression where is the point where things go sour? Open Attraction Social hook (does it happen?) Isolation Kino Comfort Bouncing Closing If you can be more specific where your failings are we'll be more likely to tune-up your game

Love hearing women post in here, it's incredibly helpful. We can only guess at what went wrong, hearing the opposite side is wonderful. Thank you

CONGRATULATIONS! I did a very similar things to get my oneitus (before I discovered game). The formula seems to be: Hang out a lot, be normal, escalate slowly. Remove yourself from her life without being overt about it. Return and escalate further until desired outcome. The long term emotional push-pull is devastating and makes you irresistable, while establishing the frame that you don't need her. Congrats again man, hope everything works out.

The beauty of it is that you're telling her exactly what you're going to do. So when you go for the kiss she ends up not being surprised ^^

Usually as I say "close your eyes" I make a peace sign with my hand and gently drag a finger over each eyelid. If you're getting resistance before she accepts the trick, treat it just like a Kino test and IOD and say "forget it" then back to conversation. Don't push it! The curiosity will drive her insane and eventually she will want you to show her. If she's in a group you can say "Don't worry, your friends are right here and they'll make sure I don't turn you into a rabbit" Or something.

"Hey lets dance" Seriously why have I not thought of this. (not sarcasm.. I'm annoyed with its simplicity and effectiveness)

Maybe: "you should give me a call on your lunch break, I hear the foodcourt has gormet panda express" directly asking for the number is more intimidating (bigger hoop) meeting for lunch is casual and easier to say yes to.

Okay this may sound like an unimportant question but I'm curious. How the hell do you tip in situations like that. Too much and she thinks she's a hooker, too little and you look like a cheapass. I'm always baffled

The bottom line is, dont ask about her boyfriend, and don't appear fazed if she mentions him. He may not even exist. Just take it as an instance of a lack of interest caused by you telegraphing too much interest far too soon. -MM Just because there's a goalie doesn't mean you can't score! Sounds like you did good work at the bar with limited choices

I did it in the library but figured it would work just as well on a train. Noticed a girl studying the same material as me, earbuds in, buried it book etc. (It's to be noted I saw this on seddit a while back, so I decided to give it a try). Took out a sheet of paper and started a tic tac toe game. Passed it to her nonchalantly and made brief eye contact. She was receptive and we played out the game. By then she pulled an earbud out and I chatted her up about the class we were in. I was still ver…

If it's more than a 5 minute ride (longer the better) Take out a scrap of paper and start a tic tac toe game. Then pass it to her.

For the love of god do not use smiley faces. Your tonality and jokes should let her know you're being playful. She shouldn't need a wink face to affirm it. Me: Cage the elephant reference indeed :), and 18 hours indeed -_- You gave her nothing to work with here, just repeated what she said I didn't scare you with all that wickedness did I? :P "Hope I didn't scare you with all that wickedness" More badass, more mysterious. Giving her the smile lets her KNOW you're joking. Leaving it out makes her…

There seems to be a dichotomy between: "I will succeed tonight. I will definitely get women." And "I don't care whether or not I get women tonight" They seem contradictory. Anyone else notice this?

After attraction has occurred, she's comfortable with you, and you want to escalate further Pour a shot/buy a shot (Make sure shot is poured/visible in front of both of you) You: "Have I told you I know a little magic? Her: "Yeah righttt/No way!/Like what?" You: "I'll bet you a shot I can kiss you without using my lips" Her: Blah Blah ends up agreeing out of curiosity You: "Okay, close your eyes" Use your fingers to close her eyes Kiss her on lips (be gentle, don't go too far unless she is recep…
