I'm sure a case could have found its way to court, if they would have stayed in business. They would have lost badly. How can you even defend it?

I was giving them more financial clout than they deserved then. However many women invested in this Titanic of a venture is irrelevant at this point. Their business acumen is as overwhelming as one of my bowel movements. The decision to have a punitive tax on half the population was a massive mistake and the primary reason the business failed. It alienated all men and most likely a good portion of women who didn't think like them.

I always kept insurance. I clicked on the box to see what the fools did. I was in the military and lived in states that required insurance. They didn't care what my state requirements for registration were.

Wisconsin must have changed recently. All while I grew up there and after I moved away you didn't have to. Whenever, I registered my car, I was given the option of waiving insurance and assuming personal financial liability. If you checked the box, an affidavit came up stating you understood all the legal ramifications of the decision and you signed it. Now I haven't registered a vehicle in Wisconsin since 2009 so, it looks like they finally got smart and changed it.

When your business model sucks, you don't stay in business very long. The brainiac in this group who thought it was smart to tax half of your potential clientele an additional 18% surcharge solely for having a penis deserves to lose their investment capital. I did this 20 years ago while I was in the Army when I had to counsel my female soldiers. I told the soldier to select another Senior NCO to sit in on the session. I got the same reaction for the first session everytime. Why? My answer, for your protection and mine. This way all things discussed during our counseling sessions can be corroborated by a third-party.

It's too bad the Army didn't have the slots available in my MOS to promote me to SGM. I had to retire 5 years ago. I was in a career field which had limited positions in E8 and E9. Most people in my career field retire at E7, there are only 155 E8 slots and 55 E9 slots in the Army.

When I was a 1SG, I verified all tape tests personally before putting any soldier into the weight control program. It wasn't bc I didn't trust my training NCO, it was to either validate their results or show them they needed to be more consistent in their measurements.

We had guys like this in the Army, we dug out a "trench" for their chest. Agree the tape test is the most inaccurate form of determining body fat. However, it's the one which every unit can get the tools to perform the test. Which is why it's used. It's also very lenient. 20% is a lot of body fat on a 18-21 year old male, just as 24% is a lot on a 18-21 year old female. I had no excuse to have 34% as a 40 year old male. That's 1/3 of your body mass. Which is why I never let my body fat get that …

Trump's push back was a joke. All the "big money" that Trump recouped from his tarriff war with China, went out the door at 5 x the speed. He had to bail out soybean and pig farmers to the tune of nearly 100 billion during his 4 years, while recovering what a couple billion, while getting billions of dollars of US goods taxed at a higher rate for sale in China and billions of dollars of Chinese goods taxed at a higher rate here, which was passed on to the US consumer. It doesn't have shit to do with lifting technique or strength. Like I said push your large intestines and abdominal muscles through a hole which may only be an inch long. When that shit contracts and drops you to your knees, you know. It's clear you've never had hernia and have no clue what the fuck you are talking about.

You ever had a hernia? If you haven't, you need to have one and try to pick up more than 10 lbs before jumping on this guys case. It's basically a tear in your abdominal wall and your intestines and muscle tissue push through this hole. This is called strangulation. Imagine having your balls squeezed in a vice. That's the type of pain you get when a hernia strangulates and it doesn't go away until it gets fixed. That takes surgery. Now you got a boss telling you to suck it up bc you're a man. Ho…

I was talking about the men's game in general. Was using the USWNT scores as an example in the talent differences. You don't see 6-0 scores in international men's games very often. They're pretty common in the women's games. Don't disagree USMNT benefits from playing the top teams in the world. It's the most watched sport in the world to begin with, that only make sense.
/r/PussyPassDenied19/02/21 11:35 PM
3

The parity between international men's and women's soccer is vastly different. On the women's side after the top 8 teams the talent level drops off dramatically. USWNT just played Columbia twice scores were 6-0 and 4-0 and most of our star players didn't play. That says a lot. You rarely see scores like this in the men's game. On the men's side, Any of the top 20 teams is capable of winning the World Cup. The talent level doesn't drop as drastically.

To pick a candidate to vote for and not know their policy stances, voting record, etc is willful ignorance. OK, all that aside. Most people/couples in this country don't have an emergency fund. Nearly 50% of the country doesn't have enough in savings to cover an emergency ranging between $400-1000. Men may not be legally drafted into military service, yet ALL men aged 18-26 are BY LAW required to register for selective service and women of the same demographic are not. Why is this? Women fought tooth and nail to open up ALL military jobs, spouting it was gender discrimination to not allow women to serve in combat arms positions. The change was made in all areas but one. Selective Service registration. Women want the jobs open, take the we'll serve if the country calls upon us, like men do.…

It wouldn't be shocking if these women fell victim to scams (id theft) and other crimes which exploited this type of psychological immaturity. This is really unfortunate. Feel young again. Many of them are in their mid 20s or 30s. How damn insecure do you have to be at that age, where your moral compass decides having sex with a student is a good thing. The sexual addiction I can get on board with. With most, it's insecurities. The boy is a bit more mature than the the other boys, both emotionally and physically. Shows her attention and flirts with her. I think this is a bit closer to the profile. It would fit for a male teacher too, just change the gender.

I concur 100%. Women who perpetrate this crime should be treated just like men. Teen boys are just as vulnerable to being "taken in" by the flirting or grooming of a woman as a teen girl by a man. Unfortunately, the definition of rape stipulates forcible penetration. It's impossible for a woman to penetrate a man unless they use fingers or an object. Then you are talking about sexual assault, sodomy and rape. Women just don't have the equipment. It's bs, yet that's how the law is written by the definition of rape.

It's because the definition of rape involves penetration. They use sexual assault because it's the only crime women can be charged with. It's jacked up, but laws are written and enforced off of very defined terms. A woman is incapable of penetration of a male with penis/vaginal penetration. This is why many state legislative bodies are attempting to change their laws regarding penalties for women who sexually assault men and minor males to mirror those of men charged for rape. A pre nup doesn't override the earnings before marriage. It only pays what's agreed upon between the two parties and contained within the contents of the pre nup. If they choose to include premarital earnings, it's a choice, not court ordered. It's basically a contract clause which is invoked, should the marriage dissolve for very specific reasons. Divorce Courts don't arbitrarily add premarital assets to divorce proceedings. Things like infidelity, lack of intimacy, etc are examples of behavior…

Agreed. If I was that dude, I would have beat his ass for instigating the situation after backhanding her for listening to him.

Many of these nations force their companies to pay wages comparable or slightly higher than similar workers to keep skilled workers in IT and other technology fields employed. Nike had to do this in Vietnam and lower their wages when it was discovered their employees were earning approximately 100x what technical fields like engineering and architects were earning less than workers producing shoes and clothes.

Didn't know Maseratis weren't hand made anymore. Didn't even know they share parts with Chysler. Thanks for the info. That's a shame considering they used to pride themselves on being hand made. Just like their Italian counterparts at Ferrari.

Heck, I bought a Mercedes CLK 500 convertible at a Mecum auction 6 yrs ago. It retailed for 125k brand new. Paid 13k as it was a no reserve car. BMWs and Mercedes aren't the top end luxury cars, unless you get the M series or Maybach packages. I would have been slightly impressed if she said Aston Martin, Maserati or Ferrari as these cars all start in the six figure range and are hand made.

Owning a BMW, I started laughing. Shit, you can buy a certified used 3 series that's 1-2 years old for 35k or less depending on mileage.

No kidding, most franchises have fees which are between 500k and 1m and require 2-5m in capital before they will even consider talking to you. Then you need to buy the property and build the building.

How does any of these fools know she really know she lost her job? With COVID she might not have been working any way. In the immortal words of PT Barnum, A fool and his money are soon parted.

That's not always a 100% accurate. I worked with a guy and we called him Hollywood. He was a good looking guy, yet he had the personality of a rock. You couldn't have any conversation with him on any level about anything. When we went to clubs, he was a chick magnet. This guy could have had anyone he wanted, until he opened his mouth. He was about as interesting as a zit on the end of your nose. Most women would patronize him long enough for a drink then move on. What made things worse, by the e…

Injuries to the body can happen in strange and mysterious ways and the pain associated with them can be mind altering. I had passed kidney stones where the pain was so bad it made me hallucinate and on another occasion made my knees shake so bad I tore the MCL in my right knee. I also once ruptured a disk (L5,S1) and slipped (L4,L5) when putting on my pants to go to work. Spent a week in traction before they fused my spine. Found out I also shredded my lower back muscles, neurosurgeon said they …

No, that's not what's being said or being protested. Here is a prime example. In Atlanta, two cars were out after curfew. One had two white girls in it and the other had a black man and a black woman. Why were the black man and woman ripped from the car. He was tazed and cuffed and neither of the white women were arrested. It was caught on camera and made national news. They all committed the same crime? Why did they allow the white women to drive off? They were doing the exact same thing as the…

It's not about abolishing police departments and having no law enforcement. It's about respect and dignity. Yes, it goes both ways. Yet, how often do you see police cars roll up into affluent neighborhoods 5-6 cars deep, lights and sirens on, get out of the car with weapons drawn. This is a regular occurrence in poor and minority neighborhoods. Unless the call warrants it, a single car will show up in affluent neighborhoods, no lights or sirens, no guns drawn and they knock on your door. That's …

To all the posters here talking about consent. I don't know of a single state where the age of consent is 15, nor should it be. Moreover, the word play and semantics over the definition of rape is insulting. Once she inserted their penis, it should be defined as rape: either forcible or statutory. What if she was to become pregnant? Is the state now going to force the father to pay child support for an act they legally could not do? Or force him to raise the child while she's in jail? In every s…

If a guy got caught fondling a female mannequin he'd be chastised as a pervert and degenerate. If he then grinded his junk on the employee while she fixed it, he'd be in jail for sexual assault.

I'm a firm believer in insurance premiums being based upon your health lifestyle. Being obese in 99.9% cases is a choice, just like smoking, alcoholism, and drug abuse. If you have an unhealthy lifestyle, you pay more for your health insurance. As you become healthier, your premiums lower.

While I was in the military, I never did my monthly performance counseling with my female subordinates without a third Non Commissioned Officer present. Actually had one of the Private's ask me why I did that. I told her to think about it and I would answer it at next month's counseling session. She was 18, naive and couldn't come up with any constructive answer. So I told her, for your protection and mine. She got this deer in headlights look and asked me to explain. I told her, you don't reall…

Of course they use that excuse. Yet it's so weak. People in relationships mutually agree to express their sexuality, it's not a direct money transaction. If this is the excuses they need to justify themselves and waste their money. Who am I to let a fool part with his money.

If its just your information, it's not that big a deal and you are required to provide it. Giving your name is not the same as consenting to a search of the vehicle.

Sure, yet it would be so much easier to just provide the name on your license. No issues then. You're free to go once everything comes back clean. It doesn't waste anymore time and it's not any skin off your back, unless you have something to hide.

Had this happen to me in HS back in the 80s. Fuckin chick was looking for a fight or something. She was 5' 10" ish and about 160 lbs I was 5' 11" but hadn't filled out yet. I caught her gaze and she asked me what the fuck I was looking at, I told her not her ugly fucking ass. Of course her pack of bitches gets her amped up. She gets up in my face, starts talking smack, then takes a step back and gives me a straight jab to the nose breaking it. Once, my eyes cleared, I went ape shit on this bitch…

Here's the thing. If the officer is asking for your name, give them what's going to show up in the computer. Don't tell them something, then when it comes back different, get all uppity about Mexican and having two last names. She knew what she put on her license, so that's what's going to show up in the computer. It's called lying by omission.

Sure there was. He won't have to pay any alimony and will most likely get primary, if not full custody of their daughter. Family court frowns upon infidelity greatly. Particularly, when the daughter is probably asleep in another room. She didn't look that old. The guy was calm and cool and didn't get his daughter involved in adult issues. Sounds like justice to me.

We did back then too, it was called POSH before it changed to sharp. Its the same old stuff though. Get drilled on what to and not to do. Listen to and play role reversal vignettes. Sad part is I still had a private levy false allegations against me. She got out of a deployment, had an abusive bf, filed charges against me for SA. Said one night I called her from a bar in Honolulu drunk and asked her to pick me up and take me home. Mind you I'm married and have two kids. I got notified while I wa…

While I was in the Army, I was required to conduct monthly performance counseling. I never counseled my female subordinates one on one, I always had another NCO in the session. I did this going back to 1998. Well before Me too, but not before false accusations in the military were already an issue.

She doesn't know how to entertain her kids at home. SMFH. How does going to a park change that. Other than letting them run around like a bunch of hellions, while she and her friends drink wine out of yetis. She knew exactly what she was doing. She expressed it very well in her script. She didn't and doesn't like the idea of being told what she can and can't do. Going to the park was nothing more than an act of rebellion by a woman with four crotch muffins, with the maturity of a teenager throwi…
