Think about it. You are 20 now. You are in a position to learn things now instead of walking cluelessly around of another ~3/4 of your whole life. Yes, there are always missed out chances. Yes it sucks. You live now. And the missed-out opportunities made you to the man you are right now.

This week: Uninstalled all games / distracting things from my computer to get productive. Got the 25 minute mark at meditation. sixth week of mark laurens 90 days challenge done. Not really on your searching list but "Deskbound" by Kelly Starrett is a decent book about how to fix and strengthen your posture. The stronger you are the more authority you radiate to others (from my experience).

Hi folks, currently i am reading The Rational Male (part 1) by Rollo Tomassi and one thing he criticizes is that society teaches men to express themselves in a more emotional way to access womens intimacy. Stating that being emotional reserved towards women is one key for more attraction towards them, I am confused about the meaning and the definition of "being emotional available / reserved" and the meaning of "emotion" in this context. It would be helpful for me to fully comprehend this statem…
