Is it actually wise to be direct from the get go? Im not used to making the first move, never really done it. Always, and i mean always, waiting for the girl to show a sign she was into me before i done anything. Although, making a few platonic girl friends would be valuable in the long run, girl friends have girl friends, naturally, so even if i was platonic with them id

I dont mean being nice. You should be genuinely nice, but a "Nice guy" is someone that puts the happiness of others over their own. Dont be like that is what im trying to say.

Seems like you have everything going well. Surely you just need to talk to more single women haha? Why havent your girl friends set you up, i feel like most would? Do they not know youve never been on a date?

Theres nothing wrong with you, if anything you writing that type of comment gives the impression that you lack confidence in yourself. Would you say this to be true? If it is you should definitely talk to someone that knows their shit. Id say start basic. How many girls do you actually talk to? How many girl friends do you have (platonic)? In my life so far, the most dating stages ive met have been through platonic girl friends, i personally dont like dating apps. When you start talking to a gir…

“Why hasn’t it worked yet?” - how am I meant to answer this? I don’t know what your life is like, I don’t know how you act, I don’t know what your reputation around your community is like. I know nothing about you. The only person that can answer this is yourself. I’m speaking from my personal experience, within my circle of life. I mean this genuinely, I cannot emphasise the fact I’m not saying this for cope, I know UGLY men (physically) that have been with attractive women, I know scumbags tha…

It simply cannot be emphasised enough. Not only can girls smell deception, people as a whole can. I am still trying to become me, unapologetically, all in due time.

Haha. Do you know my 4/10 friend? Sounds like you know him better than i do. He is a DJ in marbella, owns a yacht, owns multiple properties. I would give him credit for it, but its all Daddys money from Denmark. Nevertheless, he is not attractive. He has very crooked teeth, and not the most attractive faceshape, however he is a very confident guy. I asked him why doesnt he get his teeth fixed, he simply doesnt care, it doesnt stop him. Fine, if were really putting the fact that a 10/10 has "mill…

Speak for yourself. I have 4 out of 10 friends in Marbella that pull 10 out of 10 girls all the time, and I mean crooked teeth, bad face shape, relatively short etc. You’re coping if you think your looks stop you from getting the girl you want. I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again, dating is a numbers game, if you think there is not one 10 out of 10 that will go for you, out of 1,000,000 girls, then maybe start thinking positively about yourself and then you’ll start getting some play.

You clearly have more experience than me, so you don’t mind if I ask a few questions? I may be naive, but eliminating emotion/detaching yourself from a relationship, to me defeats the purpose a relationship, unless you mean this during the talking stage, which I can understand, but you say even after you put the ring. What’s the point if you don’t have that vulnerability? As for getting attached leads to ghosting. I can understand that within the talking stage, but within a relationship cant you…

What do you mean by "Average guys need to devote their lives to learning this stuff to even get a sniff at a top girl" - This can mean a lot of things, from building up money, to social status, to specifically building up the skill of picking up girls (which to me personally goes hand in hand to building up social status), no matter what you say, every man, wether they think it or not do what they do to actually reproduce, so what you’re saying is true. We as men devote our lives to reproduce, b…

Im not trying to put down this sub, definitely not, ive learnt a good bit from browsing here. But from the few posts i have made on this sub theres this weird trend to try to one up me on my posts, even when my posts are about obviously newbie questions, this is assumptions made on my personality, on my ambitions, on my looks etc. Frankly, i find these comments disrespectful since they dont offer any constructive criticism, they dont help me get better at seducation, they dont even really highli…

I forgot to say, I agree with your original comment whole heartedly. This sub kinda has an idea that you need to be perfect with your responses and how you act, but in the real world this simply isn’t the case.

I personally think a large majority of the advice on this sub is overrated, that is unless you are below average in attractiveness, and even then, i think most men will be fine (if you are a 4/10 you can 100% pull a 10/10 if you build yourself as a person). There seems to be a trend on this sub to boost your own ego or overcomplicate advice. Ive seen both, specifically the boosting own ego part. Its blatant. I only use this sub because i lack experience, and dont have many friends that have a lo…

This is an interesting look at the adult dating scene, although it does make sense. Yeah honestly man, I’ve gotten to the point where if I see those dry texts come in for more than 2+ days, I just know it’s not going anywhere so I’m ready to bounce.

This is very interesting to me, I never thought of it like that. But my question is what does that mean? Does that mean I need to be stoic in my dating phase and not get attached? And genuinely be robotic (in a way that means less feelings and more focus on other aspects of their personality) in how I pick my partner? Or maybe a mix of both

Crazy from my writing you can have a weird feeling on where im from. The thing is, girls who are considered "hoes" within my local area, still wait to get into relationships before actually having sex, they just jump in and out of relationships fast. Now, this is within my age, so 17,18 and 19 aswell. As i go higher in age, this shifts. From my friends that are 23 they indeed do have sex before relationships, they care a lot less about who they have sex with, but i was strictly focussing on my a…

I’m not worried at all, all in due time. I’m from Ireland, from my close friends and acquaintances I had never heard of any of them have sex before a relationship, the only exclusion would be if they went abroad, then I’d hear all the hookup stories, but this wouldn’t be with other mutual people from Ireland. Hookups most definitely did happen, but I just never heard of them, stories of “She gave him head in the bathroom” or “he fingered her on the bus” were more than common. From the people I k…

Right mate, what exactly makes me seem like a manipulative asshole? I love this sub, it’s 50% people giving anecdotal advice, and actually helping, and another 50% just people trying to flex on their high horse.

I’m not obsessing over numbers, they don’t motivate nor demotivate me, it has 0 effect on my game, other than realising “I’ll get more girls”. Given the limited amount of experience I was just curious on the likelihood of getting into a relationship

Maybe read the rest of the comment before commenting about my personality. I got along well with the girls I’ve dated, I most definitely do not regret any dating stage since this was my first year mingling with girls romantically, maybe my “non-picky nature” stems from lack of experience rather then your assumptions on my personality? I’ve been told by practically everybody in my life they admire my confidence. As for ambition, I’m starting Mechanical Engineering in college in 3 weeks, and I go …

This is actually a very insightful comment. I’m not picky what so ever about the girls I date. I literally date any girl I find attractive, and try stick it long term too. I’ve dating genuinely innocent shy women, to promiscuous women. Both of which I was originally opposed, due to personality clashes, but simply because I found them attractive I started dating them, and then even tho I knew that this women was promiscuous I tried heading it towards that relationship area. Specifically highlight…

I agree with literally everything you’re saying. Seems to just be a person by person thing. I like looking at dating in numbers, because even with my little experience, I see it as that, a numbers game. This helps a lot for me personally because I tend to care a little less when a girl stops talking to me. I’m not worried, not right now anyway, I think my main worry stems from the fact “if I can’t get into a relationship now, then who’s to say what will happen when I’m 25”, but thoughts like tha…

That is a very valid point. I didn’t ever sleep with any of these girls, however I did have sexual encounters with 3 of these girls. This is fingering, head, etc etc. When I talk to my friends about this, they agreed that within my town anyway, this was more normal. Im not the most popular guy, but I do have popular friends that gossiped with me, within my age group I didn’t hear of anyone sleeping with anyone else, unless they were in a relationship, but stories about head/fingering, that sort …

Clearly you didn’t use enough brain to read the post, or you just don’t understand context clues. “I was a shy guy” - this means I used to not talk to people, ie, i obviously don’t have many mutuals “I don’t have many mutuals” - this not only emphasises the last point, but directly says “I don’t have many mutuals”, in other words, I don’t have many friends of friends to smash. Genius. “But even with the few I’ve had, I’ve been with 8/10s, to even 9/10s, for my age” - now, idk if you understand E…

Respectfully, use a bit of brain. Obviously I’m dating these women. Not some 1 or 2 date scenarios but 3+ month dating stages
