Heh, call me crazy but when someone is swearing and throwing insults I just assume they're pissed. Anyway regarding your point... I can't disprove what you're saying and logically I can believe that happened but you cannot argue that method of hunting would be extremely inefficient and dangerous. So you run for a few kilometers, blowing 500 calories say, carry the 'fucker' back a few kilometers, another 500 calories (walking but carrying your kill) share it between a 10 of your tribe meaning you…

Getting to 15% is a piece of piss and no running is required. Lift heavy weights around 80% of your 1RM for 45 mins 3 times a week and eat a calorie reduced but nutritionally dense diet. Getting to sub 10% you MAY have to change it up. Don't go long distance running unless you like the skinny fat look. Better? :)

No...it really wasn't. Maybe hunter gatherers sprinted short distances until they used their brain to hunt EFFICIENTLY for food, but we did not go long distance running and you're a moron if you think running long distances is what we're 'designed' for. Why is it that some people can only think in the context of the last 70 years and not the few hundred thousand years when talking about the human body? Also why are you getting all emotional? Not very red pill.

"RUN. if you don't run then you better start! The human body was built for running"... Really bro? Running without the abundance of food we have now would have killed you. You were built to preserve energy at all costs. Why do you think there are so many fat people around? Running is a suboptimal, unsafe and frankly a boring way to get lean.

It is though right? I don't advocate banning it, why do that when its a very sweet honey pot for sick psychopaths like this.

Anecdotal I've been doing this recently, didn't know it had a name, just using common sense built on a basic understanding of nutrition. Anyway I've lost 11lbs or so over 11 weeks so no difference between this and any other diet as far as I can see. At the end of the day is 95% calories in vs calories out. I will say that it has made a difference having that feast to look forward to but in terms of body comp...nah. Edit to add I'm 167 & around 15%bf

Fair comment. Would it be best to hyphenate all childrens surnames then?

TFM has a great channel. Nothing will bring it down faster than trying to appeal to Stardusk.

You'll never see me knocking a man for self-improvement. Also hookers are degrading for men I get that, I just don't see the difference in this case where women are using their filtering to such an efficient degree to as to extract maximum value out of a man. It has to come to a point where we look at the cost benefit like they are and conclude that there is no difference between a hooker and these women.

Also no-one in their late 30s talks like that, you sound like an early 20s, low value beta man masquerading as an alpha. "I'm Red Pill Bro" wah wah wah

"I'm in my late 30's and I am still rebuilding my body, mind and career so I can spend my 40's smashing 20 yr olds with a "silver fox" fetish." What the fuck? Get a high class escort/hooker, probably cleaner, cheaper and a lot less fucking hassle and put time into something worthwhile, The juice isn't worth the squeeze and you just sound like an absolute twat with that rant. Self improve by all means but for Tinder pussy, it's just sad.

I work in development, unsurprisingly not a woman in sight.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
