3	Stop initiating at bed time This post really hits home with me because I'm guilty of this very thing. I've read about the idea of going and doing something else after getting shot down for sex, but often times, it's just not practical for me. I have to get up at 5:00a.m., so when I get a hard "no" at night, I'm not just going to get up and leave the house and go somewhere that late. Talk about appearing "butt-hurt" to my my wife. 1	Have you noticed women giving you hugs more often after lifing/improving your physique? I haven't noticed anything significant. Maybe a touch on the arm during a fun conversation is all.
