The message sounds like it's simply targeted towards women who are just feeling a bit burned out, with all the talk about self care. With anxiety disorders, the therapy consist of doing kind of the opposite. Patients would need to expose themselves to the situations they are abnormally anxious in and sit with the discomfort.

True, it's a whole lot easier for them in general (up to a certain age).

I'd be "Black pill" if I would try to get (7-10) girls on the scale of attractiveness as a "SUBFIVE". The red pill mindset somewhat works to attract (5-6,5's) at least for a little while. Game simply does work, even if you're unnatractive. It won't help you to sleep with the women you'd really want to sleep with, but at least you can sleep with the women you can get.

Just to round it off. And it's something that became a "status symbol" for women. Women always flex on their frienemies, and one of their main flexes are their boyfriends. So since they notice high SMV women demanding a minimum height of 6 feet on OLD apps, they automatically set this as their own goal as well.

Another terrible aspect of The Big Bang Theory is it's whole plot: Leonard is a physicist with a high IQ and a good job. Penny is just a slutty girl who's still working as a bartender way into her adult years. She's flaky and at first makes it pretty much clear by action that Leonard not as good of a catch than some random muscular guys. Still, the viewer is supposed to see Penny as the "price". Somehow it's supposed to be normal how Leonard simps for this girl, even though she doesn't bring muc…

Yeah, I'm skeptical as well. If some kid can be prevented from starting a shooting or something, it's definitely good. But I don't think they will be able to properly de-radicalise incels without a feminist backlash. Because this would entail an acknowledgement of the fact that men have it a lot harder in dating than women at their age.

You're describing LARP. Actually improving yourself makes you a more attractive person. And that's not trickery. It signals that you are capable to improve yourself in some way, which is generally attractive. That's why TRP says that you should be the price and work on yourself to become more attractive. No-one states that you should merely act as if you're working on improving yourself. This is the objection you anticipated, but your argument against this objection is simply a reiteration of yo…

Here's a book recommendation for you: "The tactical guide to women" by Shawn T. Smith. It goes into your questions and it isn't related to TRP, the manosphere or anything like that. It's simply a good book with sound advice based on research. And it doesn't spout silly red pill dogma's, like the 666 rule.

People also tend to tell ugly people they are of average attractiveness. So if the ugly person is quite agreeable, he might believe that his believe about his own physical attractiveness is simply flawed due to insecurities. I'm a clear 4 and I know it. But I can still approach and flirt with girls who are above my league. It generally won't lead anywhere. But there have been a few occasions where a girl who's a 6 was somehow very attracted to me (although this developed over time). And I've had…

It's quite good. I used to be somewhat of a "nice guy". Not in the way of constantly simping for girls and then lashing out after being rejected. But I did unconsciously create covert contracts in previous relationships, and had a weak control of my boundaries. This book made me realize that I started to act like a "nice guy" during a previous failed relationship and that I merely did this to control my girlfriend at the time. However, this book fails a bit at explaining in which ways women tend…

Well, online dating is definitely not easy for most guys. It's definitely easy for women, because there's an overabundance of lonely men. This allows women to be more picky. So as a result, they decide to only interact with the most attractive men they match with on the dating app. But if one woman feels attracted to a guy after seeing only a few pictures of him, we can assume that she's not the only one. So this guy can also become more picky. With men however, they tend to be very easy to slee…

Classical liberal. So I'm one of those fakers. I think political tribalism is unproductive. People with different political views are not automatically "bad" or "dumb" people. People simply different perspectives and find certain things more important, which drives their political stance.

Exactly this. It's simply the "we're just friends" type of "friendship" a woman talks about when she's secretly considering other options. It's never a friendship in the way two men are friends with eachother.

Men who expect the woman they marry to be a virgin reek of insecurity. You can't disappoint her in bed when she hasn't experienced better sex.

You can't blame women for hypergamy. But hypergamy causes women to become dishonest towards their romantic partner that they were committed to. It's the deceit that men experience when a woman secretly wants to date someone else that makes men angry. And rightfully so. I've had a girlfriend clearly pursuing a new guy when I was struggling to move forward in life due to the pandemic. It was quite obvious to me, because she swapped her ex for me in a similar manner. I told her to simply be honest …

Well, you improve yourself for you. And this will simultaneously make you more attractive towards women. This is also why women tend to date older guys. They have had more time to make something of themselves. And what you can provide, is part of your identity. This doesn't necessarily mean wealth. For example: musicians who don't earn much can still be successful with women, because they can create something that other people appreciate. You should only love your children unconditionally. Kids …

It is. But generally men who score average or below average in physical attractiveness have a bad time. Still, an average looking guy can be very successful in dating if he has an attractive attitude. Ugly men (like me) could sometimes pull an insecure girl if they have an attractive attitude. You shouldn't look to TV to learn about dating. They all portray women as being the "price". But in the real world, you should both be a price for one another. For men this means having professional succes…

Lots of exaggerations here. Sounds very much like how conservative talkshow hosts (Ben Shapiro and Dave Rubin) talk about "the left" or "liberals". When it comes to gender equality, conservatives simply reject the idea that sex and gender are two separate things. As a result, they see gender as something that has its roots in biological differences between men and women, as opposed to something that's purely a social construct.

This woman is probably pump-&-dumped by all of her dates, because she's unbearable to be around. And then she blames men for being incapable of seeing women as anything else beyond sex, while she herself doesn't offer anything else men look for in a partner.

I don't think so, because unless a woman tells she's infertile, people won't know this. But if a trans woman doesn't physically pass well enough as a woman, people will automatically see her as a trans woman. And not a woman in the general sense. And older women have been women all their lives and have experienced the supposed obstacles that come with being a woman. Like menstrual cramps during an exam for example. Trans women are in most cases also not hit on by heterosexual men. However, most …

Unless you have children together, I don't think it's worth it to stay with a person who treats you like that. If one of your mates would throw such tantrums towards you, you wouldn't continue to hang out with them either. If leaving her is not an option, you need to start acting more dominant. Before you can do that, you'd need to accept that it's okay if she leaves you when she doesn't want to live up to your standards. I once made made the mistake of putting my foot down with a girlfriend who…

It is sexist. And it's based on cherry picked data. A company will automatically have a gender-diverse workforce if: The jobs they offer require a completed education in fields that are about equally popular among men and women. They don't care about gender during the hiring process. They provide the possibility for employees to create their preferred work-life balance in case they have children at home. Diversity hiring is simply putting the cart before the horse. Not all companies will have a …

Gender has its roots in biological differences between men and women. And that turned into a social construct that has expanded into very rigid sets of rules around gendered behaviour in most cultures. Nowadays, social rules around gender are not that rigid anymore in most liberal western countries. But both tradcons and transgender-activists uphold the same old rigid rules around gender. They believe that showing behaviour that deviates from the social norms for your gender, makes you less of a…

Statistically speaking it's safe to say that men often don't want to be "just friends" with an attractive woman (or less attractive, depending on the guy's preferences). That doesn't mean that they would always act on it. But in general when a guy doesn't have many options, he's gonna be romantically interested in a girl he's hanging out with. And everyone around them will know. It's really not all that uncommon that a guy says he only wants to be "friends" with a girl who already has a boyfrien…

No, we don't need to celebrate men. But both women and men need to stop celebrating women. People have no reason to be proud of what they didn't work for. In the best case they can feel "glad" for the outcome of chance. Like, I'm glad to have been born in Western Europe. But I can't be "proud" of it, because I didn't have a say in it. We shouldn't applaud men for being men. We should stop applauding women for simply being women.

People are free to have sex for money and film it for others to watch if they wish to do so. But I think it's bad for the sexual development of both teenage boys and girls that porn is often quite violent and that the woman's pleasure is faked. It's common for online porn videos to have a title that seems to appeal to an incest fetish. I see this as normalising incest and domestic rape. So that's a bad thing. I'm not from the US. I think any degree with the word "studies" in it is a waste of tim…

As if anyone would create a bill to tackle violent crime, but only against men. This special focus on groups with a "minority status" (which seems to include women for some reason) is why many left-wing parties today seem to miss the point. If everyone is considered to be equal according to the constitution, you won't really have "minorities" in your country. There will be differences within the population. But the country will not be divided by a majority population (let's call this "white men"…

Because it appeals to the same voter group. As little sense as this makes, it also wouldn't make sense to group men and "people of colour" together. And it also doesn't make sense to talk about "people of colour" as if a different skin colour makes someone incomparable with a "white" person. In an open and free society, there are not really minorities. Especially the colour of someone's skin shouldn't make them deviate from "the majority". People are far too different to group them together on t…

When you look at the history of the whole world, you realise that people were on average more terrible than they are now. The reason why people assume there is a pandemic of sexism and racism going on, is because the definition of those words have become inflated. Because people have generally become far less sexist and racist in the last decades, any racist or sexist act won't go unnoticed anymore. This is a good thing. But what I see happening mostly in the USA, is that the idea of racism is r…

Jumping on the "woke" everything is about race- and gender train, is the dumbest thing left-wing parties can do. The left used to be appealing for less educated, poor white people because it's economic policies are generally beneficial for them. But when the left starts telling a white man who didn't do well in school and now has an awful job that he's "privileged" because of his gender and colour of his skin, of course he'll feel utterly disrespected.

When you point this out, it can also be considered to stem from insecurity about the size of your penis. So men tend to give women a free pass when they bully other men about their hypothetical penis size. I think there's quite some nonsense that women tend to get away with, because men don't want to be seen as petty and are in reality desperate for female approval.

She's part of the problem. I think people like her don't actually want to end racism and sexism. She just wants to have her own go at it. And it sells. It is offensive to make such grand stereotypes about people based on the colour of their skin and their gender. A white man is not all white men. And the experiences she described have more to do with the types of work those men did. It's the type of behaviour people tend to have when they aspire to be in a position of power. But women and people…

I think the idea that "Trans women are women" is problematic, because it forces people to lie. Trans women are just trans women. That is: they are men who have decided to live as if they are women to relieve the negative psychological symptoms caused by their dysphoria. But they won't experience life as if they are biologically a women. Sex transition surgery doesn't turn a man into a woman and vice versa. It only creates an artificial representation of the desired sex. In any way, this doesn't …

Yeah, I haven't had a girl acting difficult about it in real life to my face. Only a girl who was way taller than me might've found it too awkward. But on Tinder it's very common for women to have height requirements listed in their bio.

People who call men shallow for having preferences, assume "preferences" equals "deal-breakers". Sure a guy might find red hair to have a certain special appeal to it. But this doesn't mean he thinks other hair colours are ugly. For women it's considered to be completely normal if they "can't" date short guys.

I find that women don't find it too weird if you ask them out. Even if they're way out of your league. They might reject you, but generally won't act weird unless you make it weird. For example, I was heavily infatuated with a girl and waited very long with asking her out. I was already fantasizing about being in a relationship with her (including the hanky panky stuff and such). And of course she knew that I was into her. Yes, the country is pretty rich. But it also have to do with several reasons: - Both men and women tend to work when they have children. So especially women keep a part-time job instead of choosing to have no job at all, which results them in being added to the statistics. This gives the husband enough financial stability to be able to take one day a week off to care for the children. - Dutch people tend to care more about having free time than becoming rich. - By working more, you'll end up pay…

Yes, very common and very hurtful to the men they're dating. Because it will cause problems if they have one foot out of the relationship. But they can always say that their backup partner is "just a friend" and call you "controlling" when you express insecurity about your relationship as a result of their ever increasing involvement with the life of another man. It's emotional cheating basically. Exactly the thing women hate most when men do it.

Pro choice. No child should be born unwanted. Before people have children, they should make sure they are able to create a stable household for the child to grow up in. I'm actually for some sort of policies to promote this, but of course this will be considered to be illiberal. Your relationship was so draining because she had a personality disorder (borderline?). Luckily, not all women have personality disorders, although many women have some "BPD traits" that are normalised in popular culture. In the future, stop overgiving. It should be left up to them to decide when they're 18 or 21. There's no valid medical reason why a baby boys should be circumcised en masse. In Europe, male circumcision is only common among Muslims and Jews. Everyone else looks at the idea with disgust.
