Plot twist: they're all a bunch of talking frogs

The irony of this story is that she claims she "convinced" herself she was not being raped at the time, when in reality she has convinced herself that she was raped. In fact, she convinced herself that she convinced herself she wasn't raped and then unconvinced herself. Talk about twilight zone. by the way, you can't just up and out of no where untraumatize yourself.

I like this not only because it's a great analogy but also because it makes people think of the sexual market in more economics terms.

Yeah but the difference is, women have to pay a San Francisco start up a high premium to get that.

Bull shit. Gay dudes would also fuck each other in a cardboard box, but that doesn't stop them from making shit tons of money. Men buy all this stuff not just for women, but because we are expected to do things that actually matter (make patents etc) and then we are rewarded for our success.

I work in customer service too. I don't use this kind of passive attitude anymore. I use a deep commanding voice and I say things more directly. I don't say "i just" I say "I need". I cut to the chase. The more direct I am with customers, the easier my job gets.

And the chance of rape decreases as the financial income of the potential victim increases. Edit: also in more than half of all rape cases the victim has a preexisting relationship with the rapist either sexually or through blood relation.

The state getting rid of marijuana prohibition is a good short term fix, but it is still difficult for weed business to operate and expand when they have to deal with the feds. Most banks will not work with a weed business especially if the bank operates at a national level.

This thoroughly confuses me. I've seen many guys on TRP say that when taking to a woman, act like you are really not listening that well. Like you don't care. They said that acting interested is beta. So lately Ive been doing exactly that. When I talk to women now, I talk more about myself, i interrupt them, and I've definitely had more success lately talking to girls. Can someone straighten this out? Ideally with sources

I'll definitely take a look at that, but I've definitely heard this premise multiple times. I'm actually really good at talking to women and I dress interesting enough that when I go out I get approached a decent but too. My two weakest points (by weak I mean like horrible) are: blankly approaching women and sealing the deal. (The latter is of course for another sub) I get that you can walk up to a woman and be like "hey nice sweater vest", here's the thing, Most women don't really have anything…

I've never understood why we made a culture that despises revenge or punishment. I've always seen that revenge has some benefits to society as a whole. Imagine how many situations are avoided because of the fear of revenge. People are far more likely to rip someone off or cheat when they believe that they can hide behind the social hatred for revenge. Imagine this scenario in a world where the both parties understood that if either one cheats, the other one will retaliate. Both parties would pro…

This article just kind of blew my mind. Even if it's impossible to get a decent sample, it just makes sense. Essentially this dude is arguing that 80/20 rule works because men have a longer period of optimum SMV http://antimisandry.com/facts-figures/there-no-longer-someone-everyone-3653.html

I don't think this answers the Real question. the question is or should be: do women lack certain capabilities because of nature or nurture. To elaborate, do women make less patents (for example) then men because they are biologically incapable or because we have developed a culture that does not encourage or expect women to be innovative. As blue pill as this sounds, I think a lot of these problems come down to cultural issues.

I think it basically comes down to a cultural shift in priorities. It's kind of like in sin city when Clive Owens describes Mickey Rourke as a man in the wrong century, and that if he had a battle axe and lived in the dark ages "they would throw women at him". In America we don't need men who are big and strong any more and in fact smart is basically the new strong. Psychology today did an article about how the men who are considered to be the most attractive in 2nd world countries (eg brazil) h…

What are you talking about. If men made up 10% of the population, we would be a commodity. We would be the 1 guy fucking 9 girls. Women would become worthless. That sounds like an misogynist dictators way of getting back at women. And then best part is, it was a woman's idea!!!!

Why do I read these posts? The more I read the more disgusted I become by women. It puts chills in my spine. I know men can suck just as bad, but god it's hard to be optimistic after I read this shit.

I used to agree with that, but I realized the real problem is in our culture we don't have term to describe a middle ground. There doesn't seem be much of middle ground between a "good girl" or virgin and a "slut". It's very hypocritical to try and shame a woman for being promiscuous when she's really just doing what most men would do given the chance. That's why I describe some women as having "a healthy libido". Because that's the truth. As an animal, you're supposed to want to fuck, a lot. In…

One thing you have to keep in mind. Men literally lose testosterone while in LTR especially after a woman gives birth. Pheromones are very powerful and disturbing things.

I gotta call bullshit on a lot of what I'm seeing in these comments. Not all men are the same. I don't think being frank is inherently a male or female quality. Society has made it into a male trait, but that doesn't mean it's not refreshing to hear a woman be frank. I'm definitely not a fan of modern feminism, but I don't think reverting to traditional concepts of femininity helps either. Here's my advice, try approaching a few men. I know you're shy, but overcoming a resting bitch face is prob…

I will agree that men use sex as way of self value however I think that more is a social ad on. The original instinct came before the concept of hailing a man for his sexual prowess and shaming a man for his lack there of. I wasn't trying to be holier then thou. I mean like I said, the dude is obviously very smart. But there is something very wrong when you try to justify breaking up an agreement between a man and women by believing you are doing the world a favor. In fact (since I'm basically a…

that fact that you've limited the kind sexual partner you are looking for to "women in relationships" says something very deep about your ego. You have rationalized a defense mechanism by pretending you are doing other men favors. you're no savior. you're just another (albeit very smart) insecure dude trying to use women to assess your own value.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
