It's not interesting per se, but people get the hint that you are open to talk. Depending on their answer, you can realize if they're willing to talk or not. It's part of the social protocol.

I was involved a little bit later on b (2009-2013?), but one of the things that I personally liked were the Inspiretreads and Infotreads, besides some interesting post here and there. Went back a little over a year ago (mainly because of curiosity) and nah it isn't for me anymore. If you can, please do. It would be nice seeing those hidden gems.

As one wise man once said: "Don't confuse being a pacifist with being a coward". Because being a pacifist implies that you are taking the choice of being one, which implies you're capable of doing harm. If you're not capable of doing harm, you're not a pacifist - you're harmless, which is completely different.

Indeed. The availability and abundance of options thanks to the internet/social media/dating apps has made that people take a consumistic approach to relationships, as everybody is seen as disposable. Good for hookup cultura, bad for relationships.

Indeed, and the social skills went to shit with the pandemic. There's people who passed middle-high/high school behind a screen, without real interactions.

I agree with you in the sense that they're positive role models, but taking in account that the young men are the ones who need those role models, I don't think they're relatable for the newer generations. That's my uneducated guess though

It will be that way until we both find and allow to flourish a positive male role model. Until then, Andrew Tate type of persons will fill that void.

1) The rhetoric online is completely different to the real rhetoric. Remember here voices get amplified in an eco-chamber, and controversial ideas are further amplified because it's more profitable. In the real world people don't speak like that. And when you see someone speaking like that, keep your distance from him/her. 2) Both man and woman questions are based on an incel-esque mentality. Sure, both are inherently different, but the root cause it's the same. 3) (Personal opinion) If you deci…

Yes it is. And - personally - that core message helped me a lot, and it's a quite good one. HOWEVER, the problems begin with all the wrong conclusion which they derived from that, mainly based on resentment/revenge and victimhood.

Here is some interesting information; women hit the peak at 18 and the decline, while male peak at 50, but it's an almost Power-Score flat line. Note:it's online dating, so there's that. https://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2018/08/online-dating-out-of-your-league/567083/

I'm gonna be kind of devil's advocate here. Not everything is a lie. 95% of the advices that red pill (specifically, I'm not so sure about black pill) is utter bullshit, and will bring you down and make you burn and bring suffering in the long run. But that 5% of the remaining advices are gold, and are one of the best advices I've ever gotten. Which ones? The ones that tell you "be the best version of yourself", "you need to do exercise", "STFU and keep frame", and so on. From where you are now,…

The problem with COVID is not the death rate per se, it's the secondary effects it has, for both the patient and the healthcare system as a whole.

How safe is this? In case all goes to shit, wouldn't it be one of the first places the judges will dictate to search money? Genuine question.

^ This . That's why it's so important humility and communication in both parties if someone decides to go for a relationship. We all have shitty days, weeks, hell even years can be a shitshow. If she just swallowed her pride and told him "I fucked it up. I'm sorry." that very probably would be enough to rebound the relationship. As of weeks from the event, I'm not sure what she could do without coming out as a hypocrite. Paraphrasing something that Dr. Jordan Peterson said once: "You want to rea…

I once read in a thread that one may that you could spot writing errors in an easy way is to play it by audio, kind of audiobooks or even Google Translate when you press the button to listen the writing. IDK man, maybe it's worth giving it a try, it may help you find some errors asociated with dyslexia. That being said, congratulations!. Cheers, and I wish you success. Godspeed.

I know that there are different living standards around the world, but talking in proportions, asking ~85% of someone's income to go Christmas shopping seems very high to me. But maybe as they're a different culture it's common, so idk.

They wanted to still receive money and have royal gigs and so on, but the Queen said "Nah". They're on their own, and my bet as things are right now and to the lifestyle they're used to this marriage has potential to blow up Helifax 1917 style.

Indeed. When people's whole life circles around their ego, they try anything possible to back it up, specially when having a hard time getting I up because of market value, particularly.

Apart of what she shouldn't have, I think also the female approval of having a wife, (ergo, having value), plays an important role.

I'm sorry to hear that. People can be f*cking assholes when they have been the center of attention all their lives. They only care of what you can give them (voluntary or non-voluntary). From the other side it's kind of good that she doesn't talk to you anymore, one less toxic person to deal with. She doesn't deserve the energy to be deal with. All I can say is, try to be the best brother she could've ever had.
