7	Is it typical for women to avoid eye contact in public these days? All guys who want to talk to women aren't creepy harassers. Actually, very little percentage are but lot's of guys just don't know HOW to talk in a manner that is socially acceptable. Social and flirting skills are skills like any other we need to practice them like you would practice playing basketball or piano or smth and not get discouraged when it doesn't work out straight away.
