I live in Romania and that's pretty Eastern European, I'm in med school and my dad is a contractor for a foreign firm, which means he makes way more than the average here and having my own apartment makes me a sort of upper class. Growth is a very biologically complex process. There is little you can do to add height. I am 5 feet 8 1/2 in myself and it used to bother me too. But the I grew up and I realized that this is the hand I've been dealt. I am smarter than most guys I know and more interesting. I have also started to lift and it shows. My advice is work on what you can. You can still bang a lot wothout being tall.

I have been in your situation and if you care about your progress, stay away from her. It's a simple as that. Old feelings can come back and tou might just undo your red pill journey. Furthermore, she probably got tired of fucking rp guys and needs her emotional pillow back and further commitment. If you do choose to hook up with her, be wise and never commit.

Keep at it, man. I am 18and 5 feet 8 in at 125 lb. I used to be 110 but I started to practice calisthenics and eating more. I plan to improve my dieting and exercise over the summer. A good body and high testosterone levels help. I recommend Tim Ferriss's book the 4-hour Body for info on testosterone. Also, my current girl is about an inch taller than me. Fuck her like you mean it and carry yourself with pride and height will not be of any consequence.
