Run run fast. No kids makes it easy. Every day you still legal marriaged makes it easier for her to stick you with bills. She's stalling for a reason and it's not good.... At the minum lock your credit so she can't take out loans and open credit cards in you name

If I leave know. She will get custody and I won't be there to at least try to help raise the kids anymore ......how is that better... at least now with me coming home every night I'm there to make sure the house stays clean food on the table and the kids closed I'm not a wealthy person cannot afford to keep two houses

Marrie 20 years Made the decision about 6 years ago.... she finally figured out I'm just buying time about a year ago and she insisted we go to marriage counseling but she stopped after the marriage counselor started agreeing with my Grievances and not hers.... this was a first for me a marriage counselor that didn't agree lock step with the womans view of why the marriage is going wrong .. even more unusual being the Chancellor was a woman....

Why on Earth hasn't your lawyer petition the court to Grant the divorce chasing after the soon-to-be ex-wife to sign the divorce papers is strictly a movie /TV thing...... after the judge says you're divorced its done you don't need her signature

im in the same boat. wife see me.an nouthing more.then.a.pay check... was supposably laid off from work three weeks after we got married and hasn't worked since..... I found out years later she quit..... there's always plenty of money for whatever she wants to do and never any despair for anything I want to do or debt she has done a very good job in the last 17 years at keeping us poor.... I have a few more years to the last kid turns 18 but I'm really wondering if I'm going to make it that far …

This is actually an easy fix just go back to court and bring the proof of the Hidden assets..... it's all about documentation don't know if you'll get the money back but should lower or eliminate what you're paying now

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
